"Why is this in Spanish? English is my selected language and I keep getting surveys in languages other than English, is your website/app not functioning properly?"

"The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. "El hotel era bastante comodo, el restaurant tenia comida bastante rica y abundante. El personal de recepcion fue increibles, muy amables diempre y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo aunqur a ceces por el idioma era algo dificil. Lo unico a mejorar es la ropa de cama, ya que la cama es tamaño king o mas y la ropa de cama es tamaño dos plazas por lo que es bastanre incomodo dormir dos personas e intentar taparse bien. "

"Todo perfecto però no hubo upgrade "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, on a quiet street just a short walk from the metro station, ferry terminal, and Havabüs stop (about 5 minutes on foot). The room is small but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place, good location, personal was really polite and helpful."

"Great and comfy hotel in the heart of Kadikoy. Friendly staff, very clean, big room. I really cannot say anything negative about the place"

"This hotel is very nice for that area, it's a great alternative to Hilton. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable. It looks like a new hotel as TV, air conditioning system, plugs, etc look modern. The bathroom is big, clean and comfortable. The isolation of the room is good, but as the area is quite crowded, it's difficult to totally isolate the street noise. "

"Muy buena ubicación y muy cómodo. El personal muy amable "

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Kadıköy Çarşı, which made exploring so easy. As a solo traveler, I also felt completely welcome because the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Plus, starting my days with their delicious breakfast was a huge highlight. The neighborhood itself is fantastic. There are so many great restaurants, cafes, and convenient shops right outside the door, which made it super easy to grab a bite or pick up...
