"The property was fine but it is a dorm converted into a “hotel” room; hence the amenities will be that of what you should expect in a dorm room. Thin mattress, two bedrooms that meet into a shared space, and a small bathroom with shower. Not a bad experience but would have liked something more luxurious. Pleasant for a single night though "

"It was a marvelous experience not only in terms of place of stay but most importantly the courteous and guiding attitude of the staff we were dealing just virtually. It was like we are in personal interaction with them that is only aimed at facilitating us from every aspect. My family immigrated from Pakistan just couple of months ago and this was their first time in Toronto and stay here was like a treat for them. I will strongly refer them. "

"The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid."
