"This property is a beautiful home away from home with loads of space, lovely bedrooms, pretty garden and a quick walk to the beach. Our host Frances was very welcoming and accommodating.I would highly recommend this property to any family or group needing accommodation in the area."

"The cottage was beautifully decorated, well equipped, roomy, and comfortable.
The host, Frances, very kindly listened to our plans and suggested alternatives that worked out perfectly for us, including a beautiful hike.
The location is beautiful and was conveniently near Fort William. "

"Not fit for human habitatation. Full of black mold. Some attempted to be wiped away, but thick patches in several rooms. Couldn't stay here with young children. After an hour of ringing around, no other rooms in FW, had to drive 4 hours home, arriving at 1.30am with young children.
Host communication poor, sent me to wrong place, neighbours all complaining about this host when I asked directions. Not the important part, but clearly characteristic. Zero response to complaint from host.

"Couldn’t fault it.Great attention to detail, lovely little finishing touches made the stay even better,Great TV with Netflix, Prime etc, just in case it rains.Really great Tassimo coffee machine,My wife said it was the comfiest bed she’d EVER slept in when away in the UK.Great base to explore the surrounding areas.We even had one day of amazing sunshine in the first week of March.Ross(and Dorothy) are great hosts.Would thoroughly recommend"

"Wonderful location.Bothy was very well equipped .Great to be able to sit out side on the decking having a coffee and looking on to the loch where I saw a family of seals most days.At night it was great to have a very comfortable bed to sleep in and in the morning have a refreshing in the spacious shower.The family who own the bothy also provided an electric fan because the weather was very hot .Looking forward to going back sometime because it is such a beautiful spot."

"We stayed at Aonach Cottage in late June and early July of 2026. The cottage is beautiful and surrounded by mountains. The road to the cottage is about 7 minutes long and bumpy, but worth it to be in such a beautiful location.
