We are 2 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village Baseball & 1 mile to Baseball World. The house is fully furnished kitchen utensils, blankets, towels, sheets, central air etc.. Walk to Downtown Oneonta and visit many shops & restaurants. You’ll love the house because it is on a one way street in a quiet neighborhood. We have plenty of parking in our driveway or on the street. We have queen and full size beds, the bathrooms are new and the kitchen is a large. The front porch and driveway area are great spots to grill and relaxing!
We also own 1 Columbia Street Triplex, 5 Columbia Street Duplex and 22 Columbia Street 3 bedroom house. Please ask for details!

Great central location to the College and Cooperstown All Star village if you're a baseball family. Walking distance to to downtown Oneonta and less than 10 min drive to All Stars village.

I reached out to the property manager to request early checkin as I was hoping to be back at the field prior to our checkin time. He requested I text him directly at noon to give him time to check on the cleaners. We were lucky enough to check in early and get back to the field in plenty of time for the opening ceremonies at All Star Village. The kitchen was fully stocked including a crockpot which was awesome for late games. The seasoning cabinet was well appreciated and we added some of our own when we left. We didn’t spend much time at the house so I never logged into the WiFi, but the TV service streamed great. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back for my younger son!!

Great House and Host

The house was cozy and comfy. Our host Dace was amazing. He helped with any needs we had and communicated very well with us. It was a great location and quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was exactly as pictured, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, new in package soaps, shampoos, etc., and the laundry room had detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. We were within easy walking distance of the Main Street shops and restaurants, and a 5-10 minute drive to ASV. And last but not least, the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! This is a great place to stay!

Great location for the All-Star Village week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager was prompt in response. The house was big and cozy, a nice home away from home for the week. The location was great - 5/10 minute drive to all-star village and quick access to Main St, Nick's Diner, and the chain stores. I'd happily stay again.

1920’s style home in spotless condition. New tiled bathrooms contained quality soaps, shampoos, lotions and hairdryers. Very nice linens and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, paper towels, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, etc. clean refrigerator. Central heat/air. Washer/dryer and detergent. 8 minutes from All-Star Village. Just bring clothes, everything else is already there.

Great location, great house, fantastic owners!

We stayed at this property while our son played at All Star Village. It is close to ASV and close to grocery stores and other amenities. It is within walking distance to a coffee shop on main street. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests and were absolutely fabulous to work with! The house is very clean as well. Would definitely recommend this property! We had a great experience at this property. In town for baseball at all star village and house is just a 7 min drive to complex. Walking distance to main street! House is super clean, comfy beds, great kitchen and bathroom. Front porch was our favorite! Dave and Tracey are extremely accommodating and very hospitable! Highly recommend!

Perfect Oneonta Home

This was the perfect home for our Cooperstown All Star Village experience! It is a short distance from ASV. The home was clean and well stocked. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend this home if your travels take you to Oneonta!

Quality rental very close to All Star Village

Everything was as described in this 4 bdrm, 1.5 bath rental only 3 miles from All Star Village. Two of the beds could use an upgrade (downstairs bedroom, and one of the upstairs beds) but thankfully exhaustion helped offset that. Cute neighborhood, a 5 min walk to downtown Oneonta full of charming cafes, restaurants & shops. Highly recommend The Latte Lounge on Main street.

Great place for All Star Village

This place was great for staying at while our son played at All Star Village. It was so close to the ball park and downtown. It was a great neighborhood to walk around in. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great every night.

Perfect home base for All Star Village baseball

Charming, clean and conveniently located. We loved the front porch for reading, drinks and hanging out. The house offered everything we needed. The owner dropped by one morning to check in and recommend things to do and places to eat. I would gladly recommend this place to friends.

Excellent, great house if playing at All Star Village

The house was perfect, it is on a very quiet one way street. The driveway had plenty of room for 4 cars and you can park on the street. It is an older house but has been well maintained and updated. The main bathroom is very recently redone and is very nice. It is a 10 minute drive to the fields and it is 10 minutes from BJ's, Walmart, and restaurants. The house is not all that big but it is big enough that we had 10-15 people in the house a number of times during the week and had plenty of room on the main floor. The front porch is great for sitting in the morning and when you needed a break. WIFI was excellent I wa able to connect with my office everyday without issues. The owners are greta stopped by to make sure we were ok the first day and made it clear that if we needed anything they would be happy to help. I highly recommend this house if your son is playing at All Star Village.

Loved the city, loved the location, loved the house. We stayed here while our son played at All Star Village. Provided a 5-7 min drive to the fields which was perfect. The house itself has a lot of charm and was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was stocked with every thing you need in regards to pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bedrooms were accommodating. Upstairs bathrooom was remodeled and it looks nice and functions well. Downstairs 1/2 bath could use an update, but its fully functional and doesn't take away from the experience of staying in the home. House has laundry as well which was nice. House is located in a safe, quiet neigborhood close to downtown. Owners are great and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would stay again!
