Only 2 km from the minimarket, 3 km to the local restaurant, and 10km from sandy beaches in Omiš, Cetina river with many activities (rafting, zip-line..), and a 20-minute drive to the center of the famous town Split with its great historic attractions.
Nicely organized interior (160sqm) on a private plot of 950 sqm offers comfortable 4 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, free WiFi, PS4, fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, living room with TV, and outdoor dining area with the traditional barbecue, table soccer for fun and huge grassplot with trampoline, badminton net, wooden playhouse with a slide, a fun zone for your youngest.

*The ground floor offers an air-conditioned living room with sofas and a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a comfy dining area for 8 pax with an exit to the outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a very comfortable stay, microwave, a toaster, kettle, filter and espresso coffee machine, and a table with 4 chairs. Behind the kitchen is bedroom No. 1 which features a queen-size bed (160x200), ideal for kids, and includes a TV with PS4. * The internal staircase takes you to the first floor. It offers Bedroom No2 (A/C), Bedroom No3 (A/C), and Bedroom No 4 (A/C), each with queen-size beds 160cm x 200cm and each with a balcony with beautiful views of the natural environment. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a bidet, a toilet, and a washing machine.
