"Super séjour dans cet hôtel à Matsumoto 👌 La chambre était très confortable et propre , le personnel très agréable et professionnel. Le Onsen est vraiment un plus pour se détendre 😁 Lavage et séchage possible dans l hôtel via les machines. Je recommande cet hôtel 👍"

"Perfect location close to Nagano train and bus station (to get to the snow monkey park) - you can access the hotel using the underpass (useful when raining) and close to the shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and attentive."
