This home has been renovated inside and out and features hardwood floors throughout.
On the main level, you can cozy up in front of the 75" smart TV after a long day or gather around the formal dining table for a nice dinner. Enjoy a night in with the family making s'mores or having a meal with friends around the cozy glow of the tabletop fire pit. There are two bedrooms, each with their own queen bed and TV, and a full bathroom also located on the main level. Whip up your favorite meals in the kitchen, fully equipped with pots and pans and kitchen basic essentials. The dishwasher will make clean-up a breeze.

Upstairs (please note these stairs are quite steep), you'll find the third bedroom, which has 2 queen beds and a 55" smart TV, and a full bathroom.

We have a fully fenced in yard for kids to play, furry friends to run around, or to enjoy a game of cornhole with friends.

Our stay was decent. Neighborhood isn’t bad but location is close to not the safest area. House is very old but decorated very nicely. We didn’t use the upstairs because the steps are small. Tracie was very responsive and great to work with.

Family getaway

Property was clean and just as described/shown. Property owner checked in to make sure we had everything needed. Location was perfect to get everywhere we wanted. Fenced in back yard was perfect for letting out our dog.

Great little remodeled house

This is a beautifully remodeled older home. Like most older homes it has a little unevenness in the floors and there is a steep staircase to the upper level so not good those with mobility issues but my grandkids LOVED this house. It has new appliances and 2 full baths. Lots of little amenities like soap shampoo even toothbrushes. Very pretty with comfortable beds. Will stay again if available!

Wonderful stay

Very much enjoyed our stay. Super comfortable. Our son loved the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom was great so he didn’t have to navigate the stairs at night since they’re a bit narrow. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Comfortable stay

The house was just as described. Great location and near the places we wanted to visit. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house is decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Owner was available for any questions and replied quickly to any inquiries. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving 2024

We rented this property since it allowed dogs. We found no evidence of past pets (no hairs or odors). Our biggest complaint was that due to the age of the home, and previous remodeling, the upstairs bedroom (and kitchen) was very cold. After the first night, I did contact Tracie who told us that there was a space heater that could be put upstairs. This did help in warming the space for better sleep. The windows were quite drafty, but again, to be expected in an older home that is located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is allowed in the driveway and on the roadway. (As the listing states, the stairs going to the upstairs bedroom are very steep and narrow.) Checking in and out was very easy. Communication with Tracie, was also easy. We ran out of garbage bags, and they were dropped off later that day. The Smore's table, coffee pots and spices made breakfast making a breeze. Less than 5 minutes to the closest gas station and Starbucks, and other restaurants.

Great location

Lovely home close to Creighton Univ. where I was attending a conference. Easy check-in and Tracie was very good about staying in touch. Highly recommend if you are visiting Omaha.

Best beds ever!

This location was quiet and easy to find. The driveway needs some work, but there is plenty of street parking. We enjoyed our stayed and everyone loved the beds! We all slept like babies and we would stay there again. Thank you.

Awesome Pad

This place was so fun...great stay for 6 female family/friends! The stairs leading to the 2nd level were a bit steep, but other than that, WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!! The place was decorated to nicely, everything so clean, and the beds were comfortable!

Cute & Cozy!

Super cute on the inside! Absolutely loved the decor! The beds were very comfy and everything was super clean. I loved the extra items available like games & coffee. I have only two qualms. The first one is the driveway, It could use some work to make it easier to drive up on. The second qualm is the air conditioning box in the upstairs bedroom. It was so loud we had to turn it off while we slept. Other than that, I loved my stay and everyone I came with said they loved the place too!

A Great Omaha Weekend!!

Cute and comfy!

We took an unplanned staycation when our power was out for an extended period. The house is cute, with the charm and quirkiness to be expected in an older home. Stairs to 2nd floor and basement are quite steep (old home quirkiness!). Basement has a locking door and we only needed to go down for laundry. We were able to keep our senior dog from attempting to go upstairs with no issues. Main floor had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed for our stay. Host is very responsive and provided all of the information we needed without asking. I would recommend the property

Sweet and Cozy

This home was so cozy, and adorable! Everything you need to cook. Breakfasts in this house were our favorite. Upon checking in the upstairs AC unit wasn’t working, but the host had someone install a new one, and also brought in an additional fan to improve ventilation and the kids were all super comfortable upstairs. There’s plenty of room upstairs to add another twin or queen sized air mattress if preferred. One the main level are two bedrooms with comfy queen sized beds. Be aware that there is only one bathroom on the main floor (and one upstairs). This was no problem for us! We took walks/jogs every morning westward toward country club drive.. so sweet! Loved all the wild flowers, sunflowers, and the Neighbor’s friendly chickens a few blocks up. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the old market, maybe 12-15 to zoo, and 10 min from the big mall. We created lots of great memories on this trip ❤️

Family getaway

Spacious living area, quiet neighborhood and great yard for our dog. Kitchen was well equipped and the snacks and coffee bar was stocked which was nice. The stairs are a challenge but we would stay again.

Week at UNMC

The property is perfect if you have appointments at UNMC, short drive. The house had everything that we needed for making meals. Upstairs beds were firm and the room was missing window coverings to black out light. Bathrooms were small but worked. Bathrooms were missing rugs but we through down a towel. Downstairs bedrooms have softer beds and had ceiling fans if you need them to sleep. Dinning room table was very unstable but worked. Living room has a large TV which is great. Cleaning needed to be done as several cobwebs were hanging around lights and from the ceiling. Leftovers were in the fridge. Hair from previous guest were in the shower.
