With its prime location, this home effortlessly combines charm and convenience. Set atop a hill and framed by classic brick Tudor homes, its exterior is just as delightful as its interior. ➝ Pets are allowed up to 40 pounds - max of 1 (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee). No cats are allowed due to allergy reasons. Doggy bags are provided.

You will have access to the entire home.

First room: 1 King Bed
Second room: Twin Bed trundle with a Full Bed and Twin Bed on top.
Third room: 1 Queen Bed

➝ Basement:
1 floor mattress and a full bathroom with a standing shower.

➝ 2.5 Bathrooms:
The one on the 2nd floor has a bathtub.
The one in the basement is a standing shower
First floor: ½ bath

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in between Dundee, Country Club & Benson.

Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For safety, there's a security camera installed at the front door. Lovely well maintained home with loads of character. Easy check in and very clean. We had everything we needed and the property manager was super attentive. It was so nice to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. A home away from home.

Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our dog. Neighborhood was great for walking the dog and fenced backyard was also nice since we traveled w our dog. We came at the end of the summer, so lots of bugs. Bring bug spray and fans. Upstairs bedrooms get hot. We loved being close to the zoo and lauritzen gardens. Everything you need is close by and the hosts were very responsive to texts. Easy to work with and took care of a plumbing issue quickly.

Perfect for our family holiday

Very convenient location. Walking distance to several parks and a quick drive to many local sights. The house is equipped for gathering and entertainment. My kids loved the backyard with the fire pit and the ping pong table in the basement. It was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving away from home.

This beautiful home is in a very nice older historic neighborhood. The house was current, clean and comfortable. The owner communicated about the stay and is very responsive. This was a perfect spot for our visit for the College World Series, short drive to downtown

Easy

Great house with a lot of space. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Smooth check in/out process and prompt communication with owner/management company. Stayed here for our oldest son’s fraternity parents weekend in Lincoln. There were 5 of us and our dog. Nice set up and the kids liked the ping pong table.

Nice place. I would stay again.

I liked the property overall. I really wish we could have enjoyed the backyard in the summer. It looks like it would be beautiful. My daughter lives in Omaha but her house is too small to house the whole family. This is right down the street from her house and close to down town and the airport.

Short family get-together

The house worked very well for us. It was nice that the driveway and heard from 54th Street instead of blondo. We had no issues with parking. The house was very clean and the backyard looked like it would have been very fun if there wasn't a foot of snow everywhere. If we were to meet again in Omaha we would definitely use this house again. Thanks again!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay in this historic neighborhood! Close to airport..downtown and just a short drive to west omaha..bellevue and papillion..the house is beautifully decorated while keeping the integrity of the original home. Thank you for all the comforts of home!

Gem in the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed the well kept and tastefully furnished house in city. The house was a corner lot but we weren’t disturbed by traffic. It truly gave the sense of home away from home. Hopefully, the hot tub can be fixed for our next visit so we can relax in the evening in the private backyard!

Mid-year reunion with friends

7 adults meeting up from all over the US for a mid-year reunion. We had a great time! Dundee Festival was fun, zoo was great and we loved downtown for restaurants and bars. The backyard space at the house was a great place to wake up and start the day!
