A historic 900 square foot Atrium loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 900 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet, in-room washer and dryer, and queen bed.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Lovely place but noisy and short on a few necessities.

This is our second stay at this property (two different apartments). The location can’t be beat. Yes it’s a little noisy because the old market is a popular area but we expected that. This time, however, most of the noise came from within the building, specifically a gathering on our same floor that went quite late. Also we were disappointed about the lack of a few basics like a toaster and warm blankets!

Very Neat!

Very neat place to stay. We had a minor hiccup with check-in but it was resolved within minutes. Our unit was not quite ready upon check-in, so we were placed in another! Very clean and safe place to stay. We opted to park in the parking garage behind Woolworth Lofts and it was very easy. We enjoyed being in walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Absolutely love, love the location! Struggled with unloading and parking when we got into town but once we figured it out, everything fell I place. The old market area offered a lot of things to do and see, along with lots of good eateries within walking distance of the vicinity. I would definitely stay again at the Woolworth Lofts!

Good choice!

This is a quaint and nicely renovated apartment with a lovely new kitchen. It's perfectly located in the Old Market area and works nicely for a party of two. The only issue we had was upon check-in but I believe that was an automated system failure and once I was able to connect with the hosts, they were more than gracious in helping make things right for us. There is security for the elevator and stairwell requiring a key fob to access which makes you feel safer in an unfamiliar area. We used the gym as well and found it to be very useful. I feel comfortable referring anyone to rent this unit for all these reasons but mostly because I felt the hosts have gone to a great effort to make it a comfortable stay and they went above and beyond to remedy the slight issue we had a check-in. Truly a lovely place with attentive hosts.

this was the perfect spot for us in the heart of Old Town. The instructions to access the unit were seamless. the unit was clean with everything we needed for our stay. I would stay here again if I am back in Omaha. Very convenient location!
