Lily Cottage - a cozy accomodation moments from the beautiful Ashokan reservoir

Tuck up in a thoughtfully renovated 1950s one bedroom cottage, perfect for a solo or couple’s Catskill getaway!

Situated in a quiet hamlet, nights in are lit by starlight and serenaded by peepers. Perfectly hemmed in by the Ashokan reservoir, hiking, and the rail trail.

The interior features a mix of vintage furnishings along with modern comforts. Up to a 25 minute drive takes you to Rosendale, Stone Ridge, Kingston or Woodstock for shops, breweries & excellent dining options.

One bedroom with a new queen sized bed, space to store your luggage and unpack, a full bathroom with shower, tub and a washer/dryer.
A complete kitchen with microwave, basic spices and cookware.

This is a rural area with no delivery and 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store, so stock up with your favorite things to make, as we have plenty of room for your groceries and farm fresh eggs.

This sweet cottage sits on the same property as our house, with a gated yard and outdoor seating. We are a great jumping off point to explore nature summer through winter, so many amazing upstate destinations to get lost in.

We have two dedicated parking spaces available for guests.

7 day rentals are discounted 10 %, 14 day rentals are discounted 15%, and rentals longer than 20 days are discounted 20%.

I have stayed in many rentals and this was one of the best. It was very clean. Although small, it was as described in listing. The extra touches were appreciated with cookies and coffee/tea. Everything needed to cook was supplied. It was stocked with towels, body wash & shampoo. Despite the size, it had a washer/dryer too. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We really enjoyed the stay in this cute cottage. It's in a quiet neighborhood, we sat on a swing in the yard in the evening,so peaceful! The place is so clean,bed was super comfortable,we had everything we needed to cook meals. Great little trip!

We just loved Lily Cottage. It’s very much two person (plus dog) sized, but is generously and thoughtfully organized, with good kitchen equipment, a comfy bed, instant hot water and a good washer and dryer. There’s a fenced garden area with seating and a good bbq too. While sidewalks are not a feature of Olivebridge, there’s a soccer field/park a block from the cottage ideal for morning walks. The owner lives next door, and is warm and welcoming. While it’s not in the heart of Woodstock’s tourist orbit, it’s easy to get to lots of fun spots, and we enjoyed seeing deer in the morning and hearing a full night chorus when the sun set.

A cozy, perfectly-appointed cabin! I want to come back for a longer stay. Every possible detail and comfort, including washer-dryer (and detergent), fully equipeed kitchen, and all needed supplies, spices and condiments. Perfect lighting, good taste, lovely yard with outdoor furnishings. The kicker was the guitar and ukelele hanging in the closet with the sign "Yes you may." A perfect location if you are attending the Ashokan Center, visiting Woodstock or just exploring the beauties of the area.

Enjoyable stay!

Lily Cottage worked out perfectly for my wife and myself. It was clean, quiet, and amenities were as described in the listing. It was a scenic 20 minute drive to Woodstock, the Ashokan bike trail, and Phoenicia. Recommended!

Catskill getaway

Just as expected. Met Jim, our host on the day of our arrival and he was a real nice and friendly guy. Cottage was clean, comfy and very nice. We did not get to enjoy the outside fire pit, but it was there for us. A great place to stay, right in the center of where we wanted to be. We will be returning; hopefully many times in the future.

First Family Getaway!

Lily Cottage is a sweet little gem!! This was first getaway as a family of three (4mo old daughter) and our beloved pup (20lb mini schnauzer!) Lily Cottage was the perfect cozy cottage to getaway for a long weekend. It had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, etc. to make a meal and a washer and dryer! (essential for a baby). The bedroom is able to accommodate a small pack and play or you could arrange it in the living space as well. Our dog also loved the small yard to get some zoomies out. Great location and short distance to Woodstock (great day trip to explore and walk around) and ample hiking trails including the Ashokan Reservoir- it was lovely.The owner, Jim, is very kind, friendly and helpful! We experienced some car trouble while we were out and I called him to ask about nearby mechanics/ tow trucks. He was eager to help and even offered to come pick us up! Luckily, our car issues quickly resolved, but he was there when we got back and helped us further. Just a wonderful, genuine individual. We had such a great time and are looking forward to returning later this summer for more hiking!
