Gorgeous Designer Contemporary Beach House with Views

Enjoy the most relaxing vacation in this exquisite beach contemporary built in 2003. Over 700 sq. ft. of decking on 3 levels provides views of Clinton Harbor and Long Island Sound. Spend the days on 2 private beaches just 500 ft. from the house.

Inside you'll experience all the comfort and luxury you could want in over 2300 sq. ft. of space. The spacious 900 sq. ft. great room offers numerous seating options for relaxing and entertaining. Windows on all 4 sides provide tons of light and air. There's even more get away space in the 3rd floor crow's nest family room with cupola. With its own TV, DVD, and deck it's an ideal escape for both kids and adults. Cook an incredible feast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You can entertain 8-10 comfortably in the dramatic dining room.

Don't feel like cooking on vacation......order out or dine in style at one of the many outstanding restaurants that line Rt 1 just a short distance from the house. End the day in any of the 3 unique bedrooms such as the fantastic master suite with king sized bed and marble bath. Experience comfort and convenience all year long with central air conditioning, a top of the line heating system, and central vacuum as well. Great decks

It felt like home, very comfortable, clean, and well taken care for with all the comforts of home. The views of the salt pond from the decks was great and the neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig. If we come back to the area again next year, I would definitely stay here.

6 adults living it up

We all are retired in our early 60's and just needed a good break from everything. It was extremely clean and very quiet. The home had everything you could need. Short walk to the beach. Restaurants were great. Especially CHIPS and BILL'S. Lots of stairs from level to level but we didn't mind. AC was 2 zone and perfect.

Exceptional!

The location is great being steps from 2 private beaches. This is a welcoming, quiet community. For walkers, there is a short, beautiful shore line walk to the town beach with nature at its finest along the way. In addition, are the sights of the Marina and Cedar Island. The 3 decks on the house provided exceptional views. The house was welcoming, warm, very clean and comfortable. This home provides everything that you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation plus more, I hope that we will be able to experience it again in the future!

Wouldn’t stay again

While the house was lovely, the property manager was extremely rude and offensive. When I wrote to them with a question and to let him know the cleaner had not done a great job he told me he was offended and that I could leave early. I’ve rented many properties and have never been treated so poorly.

Wonderful beach house in sweet location

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this nice beach house. From the initial booking until check out, the property manager, Reid, was readily available and quick to respond to any question from the initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay. The house was well thought out and worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. The house was very clean and well-stocked and provisioned when we arrived. Everything in the house worked well and we appreciated the air conditioning which kept the house very comfortable day and night. All the floors and decks meant everyone could find a quiet place to hang out, although we were often on the go walking around the cute little beach neighborhood where the house is located or at the beach itself, or going to get ice cream or seafood at one of the close restaurants. The town of Clinton is small but has grocery stores, a great town boat launch, some small shops and galleries and many other amenities. We had a lovely and relaxing week and would definitely book again!

Spacious Beach Home, Clinton

We really enjoyed our 1 wk stay at this large Clinton Beach home ! This home was spacious, very clean, cool (great AC) and well equipped. It was bright and sunny with gorgeous views from inside and from two expansive porches. We entertained our large family for dinner one night with ease and very comfortably. (Although I did need to borrow a large ceramic platter) We were able to squeeze 5 cars in the home's parking area. The upside down foot print of this home means you can really enjoy the great views but must also be prepared for climbing the stairs a lot (bedrooms and bathrooms are on 1st level, while living room, dining and kitchen are on 2nd level) We wished the LR TV and the 2 burner BBQ grill were larger but we certainly made out fine with those provided. The master bed was very comfortable, although the fitted sheet could have been larger because it kept popping off the corner and creeping up the sides. We would happily rent this place again. Thank you for a wonderful stay !!

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and had lots of space. The grandkids loved the 3rd floor to hang out in. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. There are a lot of stairs so you’ll get your exercise. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed walking out to the sandbar at low tide. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly to our questions.

Wonderful location for walkers and bike riders

The house is perfect for families that want to walk or bike; it's close to wonderful beach front state parks. The owner responded truly in seconds to a check-in question. The split level house may be challenging for people who can't handle a lot of stairs. No desk for mobile workers. (We ended up buying a portable one). Overall, this house is roomy and in an wonderful location within walking distance of downtown Clinton. We'd stay again.

Great Spacious Home

Short walk to a small beaches, but lots of fun at low tide on the sandbars. Nice cool AC and spacious living area. Very comfortable with 5 adults and 2 kids. Parking for 3 cars, 4 cars would be tight. Space is light a airy and great lot of windows. Easy to get to town and main roads. A little confusing instructions from owner on sweep cleaning vs. no cleaning fee (we were charge a cleaning fee). They need to update the instructions.

Perfect getaway

This place had everything we were looking for and more! Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach and spectacular views! And the icing on the cake was the surprise sunset view from the decks. Would definitely stay again!

Great House

We took advantage of the off season one last time before our oldest starts kindergarten. We hit the weather lottery the week we were at this house. The house is fantastic and well equipped, one of the best rentals we've stayed in. We loved the small association beach nearby and it was perfect for our kids. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Nice house in quiet area

The house is as pictured on the web. Immaculate and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. Second floor is one large great room with a lovely covered porch and the third floor is a family room. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe for children. Beach is less than a five minute walk and empty most times. Water is extremely shallow and not possible for adults to swim in but great for kids. The house is well equipped and the AC worked well on the first and second floor but not so well on the third floor. The goal for our very hot week in July was to have a comfortable house where we could have a safe visit with our son, his wife and infant daughter during the pandemic. A petty complaint is there are too many glasses, pots and pans and storage containers in the kitchen making it difficult to store things but only three mugs and one dishtowel. But that is a minor complaint. Overall the house met our expectations and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay away from crowds at a very reasonable price.
