"The property was clean and well maintained overall, however, the bathroom floors in our room were dirty. The beds were ok, we had to request extra blankets as there was no comforter on them. We only had one bath towel and had to ask for more. There is no supervision at the pool to enforce the rules, so there were a lot of kids that where not accompanied by an adult."

I;m sure this is to discourage guests from eating in their rooms and to force them to use the on-property restaurants. "The room was really far from the main entrance, I had a wagon full of kids stuff and had to take 2 elevators and a set of stairs that there was no way around. Staff could not accommodate. The A/C did not work, no windows so it was extremely uncomfortable. I am not the one to complain but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had."

"When we check in they said we cannot get 2 queen beds room that we booked because they sold out the room. We made reservations, a year before our trip and they said our reservation is not guaranteed because we booked it through expedia. They gave us a queen beds room for 4 people in a room. The shower didn’t come out on the shower head but on the open pipe from the wall. Very disappointed with a great name of this hotel."

"I stayed here for 3 days checked in on a Friday and checked out on Monday morning. I received NO CLEAN towels. Even after going to the front desk to ask for towels. I was told the housekeeper would bring me towels and they never came at all for 3 days. I was forced to use the same towels for 3 days. That is a big problem for me."

The carpet had multiple stains, the toilet seat was barely hanging on and the top piece to the toilet didn't even fit onto it. "The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."
