"Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. Plenty of return guests and on a glorious weekend weather wise...

"What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!"

"The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing."

"Gina and Colin were very welcoming hosts. Lovely peace and quiet. Numerous birds in the grounds, tawny owl in the nearby tree at night and bats flying past. I visited four nature reserves in the vicinity, plus Boston town and Lincoln City. If you are lucky you might see a visiting badger."

"Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book - possibly in autumn/winter to take advantage of the RSPB locations nearby. Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to...

The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve. The email address in the book to report problems no longer works and after checkout a different email address is provided. I did call the telephone number in the book but to reply or returned call. "Upon arrival the caravan was so warn 35 degree temperature inside so needed to open doors and windows maybe it's good idea to leave the window open when there's arrival. Also did manage to arrive by 6pm to check in as we been on day out so we didn't have linen in our rooms which has been explain when I ask about late arrival but maybe leave the linen in the caravan we don't mind making it ourselves. Facilities are good and definitely be back when we go same place. Thank you"
