The room itself was large, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a relaxing stay. The property is located in a quiet, somewhat remote area along the water (not a beach), offering pretty views and even the unique sight of wild horses nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient, and both the hallways and room were kept in excellent condition....

If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. "Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Our room refrigerator had leftover melted ice cream in the freezer which is still there by the way, we left it. We had a very sticky rusted trash can in the area to use.The fold out couch was very uncomfortable to use and we had to ask for sheets and pillows and make it ourselves to use it. Room wasnt cleaned our first morning even though we left before 11am. Came back to a dirty room with no clean towels but when I asked for clean towels someone...
