"Streamlined check in experience. We received the entrance codes both for the building and the room a few days before the arrival. Close proximity to the main train station. Friendly staff, a clean and spacious room, a comfy bed and a nice shower with a ceiling mounted shower head."

Breakfast was excellent. But most importantly, all of the staff were uniformly helpful and charming at all times. Highly recommended - we will be back!"

"Beautiful room with a small terrace overlooking the canal. Very quiet, even though it is central to the main square and on the canal. Very cheerful and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with a big shower and even a toilet that washes you with warm water which was a first for me! We will definitely stay here when we are in Ghent again."
