I never stayed there.The sad thing is, you don't even know that this is how bad your customers services is..I walked in to the lobby immediately, I was hit with a very strange odor..A man was there who looked like he just came in off the streets and was on some kind of drugs. I went to the counter,The individual had cut her thumb and was bleeding. Instead of saying , give me a minute, she just kept bleeding and talking to me, the Floor behind her desk and her work area were trashed. I immediately did not feel safe and left to another hotel. It's about customer service and you definitely do not have it. You should be refunding my money, but instead, you will not, I will never stay at any of your hotels and will most definitely tell others not to.Very unsatisfied. Thanks for ripping me off. How sad I didn't stay there but you still kept my money. Expedia i'm done with you also, never will use you again, when I called. You were of no help, so I guess you got your money too. There's many more businesses out there that will accommodate and have much better customer service and won't rip me off. Have a great day, very just satisfied customer.
