"Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. There was never an offer to have housekeeping come and clean the bathroom room as soon as they came in the next day. Nope....Just an offer of towels. The manager the the...

"The rooms were disgusting along with the bedding. The bathroom had dirt on the walls. There were no towels, only washcloths. My 80 yr old mother called to ask for towels so she could shower and was told my staff that they would not give any towels until after 9am when cleaning crew arrived. The beds were terrible to sleep in and only one small pillow for each guest. "

"This place was dirty, staff couldn't answer any questions and couldn't resolve any problems. The amenities that they said they had were all shut down such as pool, restaurant and lobby bathrooms.
