"The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful
The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes
Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in"

"Great spacious apartment in perfect location. Easy walk to the train station and old town square. Nice large shower. Washing machines and drying rack let us catch up on some laundry. Kraków was the family favourite in our travels!"

"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new.
Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and...

"The location was excellent, very near the bridge with a lovely river view. The receptionist spoke good English and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and lovely. It had everything we needed. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism is, no instructions left on how to use the coffee machine and the hob/stove. It is a filter coffee machine and there was coffee powder but despite trying, I could not work it out. Also, no instruction about the Hob/stove, so we could...

"Katie and her team of cleaners were excellent. They helped us out when our washing machine in apartment was broken and always did a thorough job. Very helpful and friendly, the apartments modern and clean and as described. The beds were really comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were out and about most days so apartment perfect for this purpose.
