"Another cozy place. 5 min walk to the Hatchobori station. Check-in process was very easy and accommodating. We were early and they let us leave our luggage there as we went out. When we came in the evening to check in, our luggage was already in the room. Felt more like a dorm room than a hotel. Could use a little bit of cleaning. Carpet was dirty and had stains. We didn't feel comfortable using the electric kettle either. Front desk staff were extremely helpful."

"They had apparently forgotten to leave our keycard in the 'key cafe' for us to access (from what we could piece together from a conversation). It is not staffed through the night, but they have an intercom to put a call to a staff member. Luckily we had a Japanese speaker in our group; we may have been locked out of the hotel otherwise, as I'm uncertain how well the hotel staff spoke English. The staff member we called was patient and helpful and we did manage to get into the hotel to sleep. The...

"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, beautiful hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very smartly designed. I had a fantastic time and would stay there again. The neighborhood is on the calmer side, which is great. Easy access to Ginza and Kinschico (which is less touristic, I recommend getting lost in this area) A lot of great places at a walking distance, easy access to narita airport using the bus and the 24h supermarket right downstairs is great for late night needs. Highly recommend."
