The hotel and our room was so beautiful and the service was great. While all of the staff were great, we were really impressed by the trainee bell hop who helped us carry all of our luggage and was very sweet. Highly recommend!

This place is excellent! Has everything and anything you wanted. The room is spacious and has your own onsen and steam room! The hotel is new so everything is spotless! The welcoming drinks and snacks are a nice touch! The only down side is the check in process could be easier!

素晴らしいホテルです。 特に私のように、夕飯を食べない、屋外が好きという人間にはベストなホテルです。 広いバルコニーは、寒くても屋外で飲食出来る足湯があり、透明ガラス手摺は湖や富士山が見えるなどが特に素晴らしい。 あえて言うなら、近隣レストランは16時頃に閉店となるので、食事に困ることでしょうか。 でも近くにコンビニあります。
