"They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. "It’s a very nice budget hotel. Super clean areas and rooms. The room we got was a little old style, but not creepy or tired old. Staff is helpful. Breaksfast is small but quite tasty. It is uphill, so if you don't have a car, you need to be prepared to walk a bit to access public transportation. If you do have a car, they have parking space in front of the hotel. Quiet and nice streets and neighborhood. There are some options to eat, just again you'll need to be prepared to climb a little bit....

"Location was perfect, right in the center of main atractions and everything you might need close (bank, food, coffee, groceries…). Personal was super nice and helpful, great recommendations for tours (Spirit) and always checking on us. Definitely recommend! Thanks a lot!"

"Super helpful and friendly staff, great room and breakfast made me very happy."

No funcionaba o regadera y había moscos.
