Beautiful hotel w. a good breakfast, kind staff, and extremely spacious room (we were travelling w/ two babies and it never felt "tight") - only complaint was the lack of air circulation, but it was warmer than expected for October and ofc air conditioning is a US luxury. "They have the friendliest staff! We stayed with an 8-person family (kids 2-16) and got two rooms in the off season during renovations and STILL loved it. We only slept a night there, the rooms were spacious and the beds were good for us. We ate breakfast in the morning and it was delicious! Already planning to come back in the future."

"Lovely room, a great night's sleep, breakfast was delicious in the cafe next door and the complimentary wine and chocolates in the residents lounge was a wonderful bonus. Staff very kind and helpful and it was situated in an excellent location. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again."

"It's a lovely little hotel on a quiet street near a park, a short walk away from lots of great food and drink -- faves include the Copper Room, the Glen Tavern & Freddies, and in the other direction, Bobby Byrne's. Also, as this is No 1 Pery Square, do go see the museum at No 2 Pery Square, so you know some of the history of the area."
