Apartment with a beautiful panoramic terrace on the Cilento coast

Casa Le Querce, a completely renovated stone house is located in a quiet and promising location on the outskirts of Ogliastro Cilento (approx. 300m above sea level). M.) and is surrounded by olive and oak trees. Our two tastefully furnished apartments with independent entrance are located on the upper floor. The furnished panoramic terrace with shady pergola invites you to linger and enjoy at any time of the day or night, whether for breakfast or reading, or for a relaxed chat with a good red wine from the Cilento or simply to relax. From here you can enjoy the view of the medieval 'old village' of Ogliastro Cilento with its old palazzi and the church, but also of vast landscapes with Mediterranean scrub and the sea on the horizon. The property with its approx. 4500 sqm borders on an old path and invites to scenic walks.

The apartments (each about 40 square meters) are ideal for couples and families with 1-2 children. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two beds, bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet, kitchen, large separate panoramic terrace (27sqm or 50sqm), all windows and balconies with fly screens, parking space on the private property.

Casa Le Querce has centralized hot water and water reserve tank, free internet access W-LAN, satellite TV (connection available, TV on request free of charge). Central heating (will be charged separately if required, costs on request). The kitchen equipment includes a gas stove and fridge with freezer compartment.

Schöne Wohnung mit beeindruckender Aussicht

Schöne zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung auf einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter die immer mit nützlichen Tipps zur Seite standen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr gengenossen und kommen gerne wieder. und kommen gerne wieder.

Vacanza sorprendente

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Angelo e Giovanna dal 24 luglio al 7 agosto 2021 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è nuova, pulita, comoda e ha un terrazzo con una vista mozzafiato. Buona base per escursioni a Paestum e nel Parco nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano. I proprietari sono discreti ma molto disponibili e piacevoli. Tolles Domizil in schöner Umgebung

Die Bewertungen, die bisher hier abgegeben wurden, können wir hundertprozentig bestätigen. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Toaster wäre ggf. noch von Vorteil. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die große Terrasse ist wirklich prima. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern sind von großem Nutzen, wer jedoch sehr empfindlich ist, sollte ggf. zusätzlich etwas gegen Mücken mitnehmen, die ab und zu nach Regen auftauchen. Die Betten sind gut und der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel ist sehr angenehm. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht und auch hier beste Noten für die Sauberkeit. Angelo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber mit perfektem Deutsch. Man kann sich jederzeit mit Fragen an ihn wenden. Er hatte immer gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Familie Petrillo ist sehr diskret und ruhig, so dass man in keinster Weise gestört wird. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und sie auch wieder buchen und sagen Angelo und seiner Familie hiermit ein herzliches Dankeschön für alles. Die Umgebung in Ogliastro Cilento ist für Sonnenhungrige wie auch Wanderfreunde sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders die Strände sind toll, sauber, viel Platz, klares Wasser. Man muss ein wenig Fahrt mit dem Auto in Kauf nehmen, aber das ist kein Thema, wenn man in solche schöner Umgebung baden kann. Im Ort selber gibt es eine hervorragende Pizzeria, in der man superlecker und vor allem preiswert essen kann, während der Ferien ist Reservierung ggf. notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt und auch kleinere Geschäfte) hat es in der Umgebund mehrere. Bei Ausflügen nach Capri und Pompeij sollte man im Sommer wissen, dass es viele Touristen dort gibt. Ansonsten sind sie absolut empfehlenswert. Nach Pompeij beispielsweise kann man auch sehr gut mit dem Zug fahren. Paestum, Marina di Camerota, die Calore Schlucht und vieles mehr runden insgesamt die Ferien im Cilento ab. Eine wunderbare Gegend zum Urlaub machen und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Lieber Herr Petillo und Familie, das Apartment hat unsere Vorstellung voll getroffen bzw. übertroffen. Der Blick von der tollen, großen Terrasse ist einzigartig und zu den Mahlzeiten unvergesslich – die Zimmer sind optimal u.a. mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet – alles sehr sauber und küchentechnisch alles da, was man benötigt. Herr Petillo war immer ansprechbar und gab wertvolle Tipps – der wöchentliche „Wäscheservice“ war super… Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Lage: zig‘ Strände schnell erreichbar / Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Ende...Restaurants vom Feinsten...freundliche Menschen alles im Allem: rund um perfekter Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder...nochmals herzlichen Dank an Fam. Das Apartment war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt und gewünscht haben. Die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Ausblick, die Hügel, das Meer und die Ruhe haben es geschafft, dass wir schon nach einem Tag den Stress der letzten Tage vergessen hatten. In dem Apartment selber haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und wir konnten nachts mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, weil überall Fliegengitter angebracht sind. Wir haben nach einer Woche sogar neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Angelo hat super funktioniert. Wenn wir ihn brauchten oder eine Frage hatten, war er da und versorgte uns mit wichtigen Informationen und tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage war für uns einfach optimal. In 15min waren wir in Agropoli oder der wunderschönen Badebucht Baia di Trentova. In 10 min erreichten wir den nächsten großen Supermarkt, aber natürlich gibt es auch den Tante-Emma-Laden im Dorf. Wir haben größere und kleinere Ausflüge unternommen, waren von Neapel bis Palinuro unterwegs und haben uns in dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde verliebt, insbesondere in die Cilento-Region. Und zum Glück gibt es hier vergleichsweise wenig ausländische Touristen. Wir waren fast nur von Italienern umgeben und haben es genossen, so viel echtes italienisches Leben um uns zu haben. Wir kommen wieder und dann mit Sicherheit auch in dieses wundervolle Apartment.

Ottima esposizione panoramica e tranquillità. La casa è pulitissima e c'è tutto il necessario, la cucina è ben attrezzata, riscaldamento, grande terrazzo. E' economica e i proprietari sono molto disponibili. Si sta bene.

Cilento regio

Mooi appartement in prachtige omgeving. Veel te zien en te bekijken. Appartement heeft prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras maar is helaas zonder airco en daarmee wel erg warm in de nachten. Zwembad zou ook toegevoegde waarde zijn gezien de afstand tot strand en andere activiteiten. Verder heel prettige eigenaar. Is gids en weet veel van de omgeving. Eten in deze streek is heerlijk.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Lieber Angelo mit Familie, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrer sauberen, gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung alle sehr genossen. Die Terrasse mit dem Super-Fernblick hatte es uns ganz besonders angetan. Der beschattete Parkplatz war sehr angenehm, so dass wir kein aufgeheiztes Fahrzeug hatten. Leuke woning met mooi uitzicht/Nice house with a beautiful view

Eenvoudig ingericht huis maar netjes. Prachtig dakterras. Enige nadeel was de overlast van blaffende honden in de omgeving ('s nachts) maar daar kunnen de eigenaren niks aan doen. Zee is redelijk dichtbij. Auto is noodzakelijk. Simply furnished house but neat. Beautiful roof terrace. Only (minor) point was the noise of barking dogs in the area (at night) but the owners can not do anything about this. You can reach the sea in about 20 minutes by car. Car is necessary. There is a very good trattoria in the next village (Prignano Cilento) Tarralutti e Vino

Clean and Beautiful Views

Our experience with Angelo was amazing. He was willing to accept us when we showed up SUPER late. Best advice is to follow signs to Paestum not Salerno. He was also very excited to speak English with us and give us any advice we needed. The house is amazingly clean and the views off your personal patio are to die for. Minutes away from the beach and parts of Italy not many get to see.
