"We had an incredible experience at The Sense Fuji from start to finish. "チェックインは、スムーズで対応も良かったです。ラウンジでのアルコールとコーヒー類のサービスと足湯で、リラックス出来ました。部屋は、清潔感がありました。楽しみにしていた夕食は、バイキングで品数と量が少なく感じましたが、どちらかというと、高齢のお客様が多かったので、食べ残しを減らす取り組みの一貫なら理解は出来ますが、物足りなさを感じてしまい、期待していただけに、残念でした。個人的には、揚げ物と肉食の品数が少なめだった。朝食バイキングは、よくある普通のバイキングでしたが、きのこ雑煮が美味しかった。温泉は、源泉かけ流しで湯量も多く、露天風呂は３種類が楽しめて、夕食後の入浴だったので、ほぼ貸切で楽しめました。"

"Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.) The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building. Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. "

"I was here very briefly but wanted to share my thoughts on this stay. It is always impressive when the owner of a hotel takes the time to come out and greet you personally on your arrival. The friendly staff, the amazing view (if you are lucky) and traditional Japanese room experience made this a memorable stay. I wish I was able to stay longer. Highly recommended."

"The view of Mt. Fuji is stunning if weather permits. You can see it even from your bed. You can enjoy quiet, rural setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are there during weekdays without a car, it will be hard to get lunch."

"Shuttle from town is only fixed time - 14.30 day of check-in and 10.00 at check-out, if you arrive other time need to take taxi ~5000 jpy. Check-out at 10.00 if you want to check out at 12.00 its extra cost. Gas grill extra cost. Sauna very small - max 2 people and only sitting posdition. Overall nice place with outdoor terase, jaccuzzi and sauna, but could be more flexible to guest needs. "

"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. "

"This hotel is nice staff are nice the location to see mt Fuji really good good location barbecue place is good but if winter you’re gonna be freezing your going to near of your grill for hot yourself,no outlet at barbecue grill for charging or some reason that electricity needsto use , you can bring here own barbecue to cook in this glamping place they have already things to use for barbecue and you can return no wash it’s ok,and breakfast here like a lunch box type I’m not a fan of bread...

"Only stayed one night. Comfortable and clean but dated. Friendly staff. Spacious room for three people. Nice balcony space. Quick access to trains and walkable to town for dining and breakfast. Would stay again for ease and price."
