This beautiful house is exactly as you see in the photos: well equipped, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The house is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it.

The house was amazing, we loved the set up. Our boys thought they were special with the whole loft to themselves. The adults loved that their bedrooms were on the bottom floor. The kitchen was amazing, and perfect for my peaceful getaway with our family for my birthday weekend. The pool table was an added bonus that was used by all. Communication was pretty good also. The corn hole and golf in the back was perfect for play, although the corn hole game boards, has seen better days. Only complaint was only 1 towel in the kitchen, no pot holders so that was hard with using the oven to cook. Also some spiders on the outdoor furniture....Nothing big....but we used the outdoor area, so we had to check all furniture.

Great location!

The house was in a great spot to everything we did. The zoo, Disney, and lots of great food options in Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Vista. The cleanliness of the house was probably the only thing I can’t say was great. The walls were scuffed, the baseboards and floors were pretty dirty and the bottom of the showers looked stained. The upstairs did have an awful smell as well. Maintenance issues we had: the master bedroom fan did not work (we just left windows open and used a fan they had) and the a/c just continually ran but never got cooler than 71 degrees so we just opened up the windows. If you are someone that gets nervous leaving the windows open in a strange neighborhood it could be scary. Overall, we liked the house and the set up and had plenty of room for everyone. The person I was communicating with was extremely helpful as well! We would stay here again!

Nice Family home in Oceanside

This house was great for our family of 5 to stay over the Christmas Holiday. We were looking for a place that was pet friendly as we brought out dog, and this house was perfect. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Oceanside.

Quiet getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the property! The location was great: a nice quiet, safe neighbourhood near to South Oceanside and walking distance to a few lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Some reviews commented on the highway and train sounds but we didn’t find this to be a bother (personal experience was that it was quite quiet actually). The property itself was exactly what we needed and well-stocked with the essentials. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The upstairs room was a bit musty and the house did have some wear and tear but not so much as to cause a bother and to be expected with a rental property. Overall the interior was quite clean and spacious - with the pool table being a hit! The backyard was nice to have as an extra space to hang out in the evenings as well. Check-in was easy and we didn’t have any issues. Would recommend this property to families looking to stay in the area!

Horrible Experience

We checked in at night and walked in to a horrible smell. It smelled like a sour wash cloth throughout the house. We immediately called the property manager and he was rude and offered to send us a glade plug in. There was a window left open by the cleaning crew because of the smell. The property manager claims it was left open to let the floors dry from mopping. We left at 5am that morning when we all became ill Because of conditions of the house. We called the manager and let him know we were leaving and the reasons why. We stayed less than 10hrs but he still charged us a full week stay.

Big open space inside and out!

This is a great family getaway house for 8 adults and 2 small children. The large common inside space (kitchen, dining, living and pool table) kept everyone together. The backyard is also very spacious and a great play area for kids. Neighborhood is very nice and private, walking distance to a cute park with tennis and close enough to freeway making it very convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.

Mini getaway

We always travel to Carlsbad and stay at different hotels but this time we decided to stay at a house with family. The location was great. It was close to downtown Carlsbad, to the beach, restaurants and the outlet. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful time and we will go back the house if we travel with family. Thanks

Excellent price - excellent home!!

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had during a staycation!! We booked 2 days (sort of last minute) for New Year’s Eve with my team at work. All of the amenities we wanted to use worked just fine and it was a very spacious and quiet neighborhood. The pool table was a lot of fun and the backyard had lots of chairs and a scenic atmosphere with the lights. Kitchen was completely full of cooking utensils and the rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!! Host was very communicative and check in was easy!

SD Family Fun

Fantastic property with an abundance of space. Plenty of sitting area in the living room and kitchen. Pool table was a hit for the young adults. Kitchen and bathrooms looked newly remodeled and sweet bar in the backyard. Close access to Walmart for necessaties, Einsteins for bagels and right off the 5 for a 12 minute drive to Del Mar Fairgrounds. All in all great property and perfect for large groups.

Perfect Spot

Our CO travel baseball team traveled all the way out to Oceanside to play in a tournament, and half our team stayed in this beautiful house for the week. We were all very comfortable and each couple had their own rooms, while the boys got to enjoy the upstairs bunk room. Location was perfect, very close to beaches as well as field locations. The pool table was an absolute hit, and everyone took a turn with the boogie board down at the beach. Only one suggestion for the owner, better non-stick pots and pans, we had a tough time getting those suckers clean! Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Quiet, safe, neighborhood too!

5 days in Oceanside

I stayed in the house over the 4th of July and had a great time. The property was amazing. Tons of room and very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. Would 100 percent recommend staying here. Location is super convenient for beach and access to freeway and to downtown Carlsbad and Oceanside.

Family Vacay

First I must say that the pictures of this place do not do it justice. This was a beautiful home and very spacious in person aposed from the pictures. We had a group of 14 and no one felt overcrowded anywhere. The home was clean and the host was very communicative. I suggest if you are bringing more kids just make sure you have things to keep them busy. Fortunately my kids enjoyed the backyard and the mini golf that was there. Also keep in mind there are only 2 tvs one in the living room and the other upstairs in the bunkbed room. Although this made sure that everyone came out of their rooms and spent quality time together. Overall we would definitely stay there again!
