This stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath Beachfront, Pier View condo is located on the world famous Strand in Oceanside. This home offers a spacious open floor plan, state of the art kitchen, with granite, professional grade appliances and breakfast bar. No expense was spared with quality upgraded appointments, upscale furniture and beach décor. Endless ocean views can be seen from the kitchen, living room and Master bedroom. The front Master bedroom suite boasts a King bed & 1 queen size bed and front patio access. The master bath en suite has marble counter tops, dual sinks, separate tub and large walk in shower, along with a walk in closet. The second Master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the back garden patio, the en suite features, a large shower and tub. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and access to the back patio. The main bathroom is appointed with a large walk in shower. This vacation home sleeps 10 comfortably and is perfect for your next beach getaway. There are 2 marked, subterranean parking spots. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, enjoy your day on the stunning ocean view patio, walk to the pier, take a short drive to the harbor, or stroll into the Village of Oceanside many restaurants, breweries and shops. Oceanside is famous for its beaches, restaurants, breweries, and friendly people. The Strand is a one way street; it is excellent for walking, jogging, biking or people watching. When your day is done, it is back to the patio to watch the sunset, barbecue on the back patio and roast marshmallows on the fire pit. If you have to leave, This Oceanside home is a midway point from downtown San Diego or Orange County. 1.5 miles from Carlsbad State Beach and downtown Carlsbad, Lego land,The Outlet Stores, and Flower Fields. A short drive to your south, finds you in Encinitas and Del Mar. If you enjoy golf, minutes from Oceanside Village you will find, The Oceanside Golf Course, El Camino Country Club, Arrowood Golf Course, and Goat Hill Park all will keep you challenged. Renew, relax and indulge in our local Spas. Jump on the coaster to visit downtown San Diego, to enjoy the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, nightlife and dining. A short drive to the Wild Animal Park and approximately a 1.5 Hour drive to Los Angeles. This home has 2 indoor parking spaces in a shared, gated secure parking garage. Elevator access from the garage. Enjoy WiFi, Flat Screen TV’s in all bedrooms, Large Flat Screen TV . A cosy fireplace in the Living room. Fire pit, lounge furniture, picnic table, and barbecue. The home is stocked with quality linens, professional cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. This pet friendly rental is perfect for Fido, Unfortunately pets are not allowed to be with you on Oceanside beaches or the pier, however you may walk your dog with a leash along “The Strand,” If your dog likes to get wet in the water or play in the sand a trip to neighboring beaches such as Ocean Beach, Cardiff State Beach, Del Mar’s Dog Beach or South Beach, or Mission Bay’s Fiesta Island will give you the opportunity to let them take part in some beach fun. Every Thursday, Oceanside hosts a Farmers Market from 9am to 1pm and a Sunset Market 5pm to 9pm in downtown Oceanside. There you will find a bustling hub of locals and guests enjoying the incredible local vendors, live entertainment, and overall family friendly atmosphere. Best of all, your furry companion is welcome to enjoy the festivities with you! Dog Park: Oceanside has a premier, free to enter, off-leash Dog Park available to locals and guests alike. Located at 2905 San Luis Rey Rd, Oceanside, CA 92058 you will find a peaceful location for your dogs to freely run and play in the cool crisp beach city air. Trails: Oceanside has plenty of trail and hiking opportunities, and Fido is welcome to join you on a leash at several of those locations. Excellent location for views, location to downtown, and location to beach fun! Condo was clean and downstairs storage was filled with beach necessities and more. The patio furnishings are not the same as pictured and rather old. Only two out of the four televisions were capable of working..connections were missing. Back patio was nice, but in need of landscaping.

Great view of ocean

We had a really great time at this property. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the ocean waves and making Somores at the gas fire pit on the patio. Beds were nice and baths were amenable. Parking below unit in parking garage was nice. Very relaxing.

View on the Steand

It was a wonderful stay! Everything was up to our expectation and worked out perfect in our favor! I love your lil beach home, to wake up every morning to the smell of ocean breeze was very soothing and a good ocean therapy needed.

Prime Property on the iconic Strand

The layout of the property was perfect for the family. Big lounge area with cable tv. Nothing like playoff football with a beautiful sunset. The rooms are more than accomodating. Big closets big bathroms and stand up showers. The vibe here is perfect. Thank you!

A really unique stay, but the property is worn

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, but this rental has been well worn, and the interior design, finishes, and quality of furniture was not up to expectations. The location and building were unique and fun. The interior design was cheap with cheap paintings, rickety furniture, and frequent malfunctions of things like plumbing, TV, and Wifi. When things did go wrong the property manager was responsive and helpful.

The Strand

Beautiful location, great sunsets! The traffic on the strand could get a lil busy at times but overall it was a great location! Will definitely be returning!! Cheryl (property manager) was so helpful and always available! I would highly recommend this location!

Morning coffee on the patio watching surfers, long walks on the Strand, cards and cocktails by the fire with gorgeous sunsets to cap the day … This home for the holidays was perfect.

Wonderful Time with My Family

We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Especially loved the patio facing the ocean. We saw a school of amazing dolphins and bioluminescence of the waves at night. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer/dryer great to have.

Vacation

The sunset is breathtaking…. Lots of activity on the Strand that made people watching fun. The house is so spacious…. Rooms are really big. Fans in every closet if you don’t want to run the air conditioners. The storage area has everything you need for the beach. Umbrella’s,chairs even charcoal and propane for the barbecues…TVs in every room with cable and streaming channels… We’re definitely coming back!

Great location in Oceanside for a beachfront stay!

Our kids loved staying at the house since it was just across the small street to the sand. There is just a perfect amount of sand before the water, and you can see everyone at the beach when you are in the patio at the house which made it so convenient and easy to keep an eye on everyone. All 3 rooms were massive! In fact, the master bedroom could be split into another bedroom bc it's so big. Loved that they had a bunch of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys in their garage storage unit for us to use. Sadly our weekend didn't have a lot of sun so we didn't get to see any stunning sunsets. But we all enjoyed our stay and would not mind going back for another trip when the weather is warmer! Thanks Cheryl for your prompt responses :)

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our family trip! We had a lot of specific needs that were all met: 1. Five individual adults that needed their own bed. 2. Two adults had mobility limitations, between the elevator from the garage and the front ramp we had no issues. 3. The beach access was perfect with direct, almost private feeling access (there were rocks to walk down but down the road there were stairs if needed). 4. Coming by plane we were not able to bring beach supplies, all of which were provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, even a beach wagon). 5. We did a lot of home cooking and had everything we needed. 6. The three bathrooms were spacious and clean. 7. Parking was tight but available! At one point we had two good size mini vans parked in our two available slots. 8. We had a couple of quick questions on the first day and the property manager was fast to respond and quick with answers/solutions. 9. The location was perfect, we could sit for hours watching the ocean, surfers and walkers. When not in the ocean my two teen sons could walk The Strand, fish at the pier and walk about while the rest of us relaxed. There are many restaurants and shops close by! There is no doubt that when we return to Oceanside that this will be our first reservation!

Perfect getaway

Had a wedding in the area and this was perfect for my family. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so we had enough room to all get ready. It was so beautiful waking up to the ocean view. At night it was breathtaking watching the sunset

Beautiful Views!

This place was amazing! Walk on the beach anytime with all the beach accessories we could need. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio every night to watch the sunset and enjoy the fire pit.
