Welcome to our contemporary vacation retreat in Oceano, perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Located near the iconic Oceano Dunes, our modern 2-story home accommodates 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy glimpses of the dunes from the patio, setting the scene for adventure.

For thrill-seekers, Oceano Dunes offers ATV rentals just minutes away. Nature lovers can explore Pismo Beach Monarch Butterfly Park, less than 4 miles away, while Pismo Beach's shops, restaurants, and sunset views are a short drive.

Return to our spacious home after a day of fun, with ample living space for relaxation and reconnecting with loved ones. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, driveway parking for 2 cars, and added security with surveillance. Perfect for a memorable getaway or a quick stopover.

This is a perfectly fine home, was very clean and the owner was responsive. But this house would be best for people that basically just plan to sleep there. My family and I met at the house for Thanksgiving as it was equidistant between our place and my father’s. We just wanted to have a nice family gathering, play games, watch movies, cook turkey dinner, etc. The living room furniture was hard as a rock and one chair had a bolt loose so you couldn’t sit in it without falling to the floor.I never expect much in a rental kitchen and packed accordingly but this was the worst I’d ever seen. One tiny pot, one tiny frying pan, and one strange combo of a pot/pan. All three were covered in baked on food that could no longer be scrubbed off. The casserole dish looked like it had been through a fire. There were not enough forks for four of us to even have two meals without having to wash forks. No kitchen towels. No toaster. Everything that was there was covered in hard water stains that made them look dirty. There were dirty mugs in the cupboard when we got there. The bathrooms are nice but few towels and one had a hole in it. There was no bathmat in the downstairs bathroom. No wash cloths. The bedrooms were nicely decorated but the beds were also extremely hard. Train tracks and rooster next door were noisy.

The host was amazing !!! Very accommodating and made our event a great success!!! We loved it ! This is a perfect spot close to the beach and stores ! Everything was great! And my son’s girlfriend said YES!!!

The property was clean and organized to receive new gests, and smelled really nice. No extra trash bags for the kitchen or the bathrooms.Shower in the upstairs bathroom the hot watter would take a while to warm and then it would get cold again. The water on the downstairs bathroom was nice and warm all the time. Sugestions: more towels available for the bathrooms; one hairdryer for the upstairs bathroom and a new one for the one down strairs; Beach towels available.

Quick trip

This location was very clean and the owner was quick to respond to messages and communicated well ! This location is great if you are looking for a quick spot to drop your belongings and sleep . It is a little of the beaten path but still is only a few miles from the down town pismo area . If you are looking for amenities and comfort for an extended stay and hang out this location may not be for you .

Nice stay in Oceano

Our stay was very pleasant in Oceano. The condo was very spacious, kept in good condition and good layout for family with upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed the labels in the kitchen cabinets, the sunsets and walking to Efren’s for taco Tuesday. Whole family enjoyed it time as we were very close to the dunes in oceano and pismo was just a few short minutes away. The hot water took a little longer than expected to heat up for the showers in the morning but other than that, it was a good stay.

Great place would be even better with some minimal upgrades

The location, size and cleanliness was great! Check in process was easy. The use of the garage washer/dryer was also very nice with our young kids and all the sand from beach play. A few things that should be upgraded/taken care of asap are…the disposal in the kitchen is broken. Even after a maintenance guy came by it was in bad shape. Created a big mess. The outside patio could be very cute and usable but it was dirty, lots of debris and smelled like dog pee. The couch in the family room is very uncomfortable and too small for the size of the house. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and communication with the property owner was good.

oceana stay

The property was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and easily accessible to Pismo Beach and other areas. The patio outside the downstairs' bedroom could have been cleaner and the yard could have been mowed. It was a nice area but not very clean. Other wise a very pleasant stay.
