New Bethany Beach House — 4br/3Ba, Free WiFi, Gas Grill, <2 miles to boardwalk

This brand new two story single family house is located in Ocean Way Estate community with 2450 square feet living space and is now available for summer rental specials! There are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one kids bedroom with two bunk beds and one additional guest room/loft with a single bed and two futons. Just bring your own linens and towels!

The house is kids friendly with a full size crib and a high chair. There are smart TVs in almost all bedrooms which you could access your own Netflix/hulu etc. accounts to enjoy your shows just like if you were home. We do provide entertainment channels and free wifi during your stay. There is a Wii console for you in the guest room/loft area as well. There are also lot of beach chairs, and sand toys in the house for you and your family to enjoy your stay at the beach.

The location of this house is unbeatable. It is behind Sea Colony and Beach Club in Ocean View, DE. It is less than 2 miles and just minutes drive away from Bethany Beach boardwalk with lots of activities at your choices, such as beaches, biking, fishing, dinning, hiking, etc.

This house is beautifully designed with open view and high ceilings. The first floor includes the master king bedroom with private full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, the queen bedroom, kids bedroom with two bunk beds. As you enter the house, you will see an beautiful welcoming arched entrance followed by a short hallway leading to the foyer. To the left of the entrance is the queen bedroom, a tower closet and a hallway full bathroom. Walking past the arch, to your left is the kids’ bedroom with two bunk beds. To your right will be the laundry room with its brand new wi-fi enabled washer and dryer with a sink and access to the garage.

The great room in the first floor is huge with open floor plan which features high ceiling with ceiling fan and 10 recessed lights, a full size kitchen, dining room, living room. The kitchen is equipped with brand new GE stainless steel appliances, including a cook-top with 4 stoves, oven, genuine granite counter top and a spacious island so you can cook to your heart’s content. There are plenty of tableware and silverware as well as pots, pans, baking trays and other everyday kitchen necessities. The dining area to the back of the kitchen is equipped with a elegant glass top dining table that could sit your party (8 people) so you can enjoy more time together on your vacation. There are three bar stools for additional seating at kitchen. The living room features a large HD TV and over sized modern leather sofas.

The second floor is entirely carpeted and features a king bedroom, a full bathroom and additional guest room/loft. The additional guest room/loft has a Wii console, couch bed for a perfect hide out. There are also two futons for additional beds.

The house also haven a 2 car garage with and a 4 car parking driveway. There is a new paved patio in the backyard with a gas grill, patio table, and chairs. The house provides an outside shower to wash off the sand after your fun time at the beach. The brand new BBQ stove will be provided for your family cookout. It is a perfect place to relax and have fun with family. The house is also equipped with a security key pad operated door so you don’t have to worry about brining your keys in a bathing suit!
