Your home away from home on west end of OIB! Charming, clean, 3bed/2bath house in a fabulous location in desirable Island Park! Get the best of all worlds – easy access to the beach, Jinks Creek, and the pool! Only a 3-4 minute walk to beach access, and very close access to 1 of 2 Island Park community docks on Jinks Creek, where you can paddle board and fish to your heart’s content. One of two neighborhood pools (open 4/1-10/31) is directly across the street, with easy pool viewing from the deck. Catch the spectacular sunsets over Jinks Creek from the porch, and even a little glimpse of the ocean from the deck. Wake up in an open floorplan with abundant natural light in the living space. Sleeps 8 in beds. Sofa bed & air mattress available if needed. No need to haul bedding, towels, and beach chairs to and from home -- all of this is included for your convenience! The downstairs king bedroom has a large screen smart TV and the most comfy mattress for a good night's rest! The upstairs king bedroom has another ultra comfy mattress and a smart TV. The living room has an adjustable large screen smart TV. Enjoy showering al fresco in the spacious outdoor shower. Grill, beach chairs, beach cart and paddleboard available for your use. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the ocean breezes. Automatic cozy string lights illuminate the outdoor area for enjoyment after the sun sets.
You will be thrilled with your home away from home -- all 5 star reviews and very attentive Premier Host owners who want you to have the best experience and fall in love with OIB, too!
**6-seater golf cart on premises is NOT included in the rental unless arrangements have been made with owners.

This home is lovely. So close to the beach and pool, and there are many restaurants to choose from one to two miles away. The Ocean Isle Beach vibe is wonderful for couples and families alike. The home was clean and well organized, great for those who love to cook and eat in. The deck is wonderful for relaxing, taking in the sights and sounds of this peaceful, soothing beach community. A real home away from home!

Everything about the house was awesome! Communication with Jonathan and Christina was first-rate. Very responsive any time I had a question. And they even reached out during our week at OIB to give us information on Hurricane Erin and any impacts we might expect (OIB wasn't impacted but very much appreciated their concerns). The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We loved how everything was labeled, so no guessing what light switch controlled what or what was stored in what cabinet. The owners clearly care about making sure guests feel at home. Highly recommend this place if visiting OIB!

Relaxing time with a group of teens

The house is so organized and well maintained. It’s a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed great sunsets over the intercoastal. The house is right across the street from the pool and on a short dead end street so there was no traffic.

Extended weekend in off season

Home was excellent. Location was great near the south end of Ocean Isle beach. Off season at the beach was great as we felt like we had the island to ourself. Communication from the hosts was great start to finish. Excellent VRBO!

OIB visit

I had a very nice visit to OIB with my grandson. The home was well maintained and cared for. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool is right in front and being early Oct. was very quiet. The beach just a short walk. Everything in the home is labeled and easy to find.

Stayed over the weekend for a Wedding

Place is super clean. Has tons of extras for a family goong to the beach. we didn't use it as we were busy for the wedding and with frienda but its all ready for a full family stay. Had a few issues with a door and some other things and owners were quick to respond. Enjoy you stay!

Loved it!

We loved staying here! It was a beautiful place right by the pool. You could see the ocean and the intracoastal from the deck! The walk to the beach was easy, or even easier- drive the golf cart to any beach access on the island! The house comes stocked with everything. It really was so easy!

Perfect house for a family

This house was perfect for us! The owners were very responsive and friendly. It was clean and very well stocked with all of the cookware, dishes, and utensils that we needed. The location was great and very easy to get to and from the beach, and we loved using the golf cart. The house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach towels. Another little thing we liked was the owners had all of the light switches labeled, we will definitely book again!
