Renovated Victorian Home 5 mins walk to Beach and Asbury Park 6 beach tags

This home is a quaint older but completely renovated Victorian with a cozy front porch and is located just 3 1/2 short blocks from the Beach just beyond the Great Auditorium and just a few short blocks from the center of town (Main Street), the famous Day's Ice Cream and a very short walk to the foot bridge leading to Asbury Park!
We provide all sheets/linens and towels and general household supplies such as dishwashing and laundry supplies, paper towels and shower essentials.. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies and a full set of dinnerware and cutlery. There is also a Nespresso Virtuoline Coffee Machine with frother, Vita-Mix blender, a conventional coffee maker, toaster, electric hot water kettle and microwave oven.

There is a full-sized front load washer/dryer conveniently located in the rear of the first floor. The side yard is completely fenced with a new barbeque grill as well as an outdoor shower. The home has 1 gig internet & wi-fi, three new large smart TVs, new Apple computer and
all new state-of-the art furnishings. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen-size bed and also another large King bedroom on the second floor with adjustable base bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed. All mattresses are brand new. We also have an additional full bath with large walk-in shower on the second floor ****6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED****

1 non-shedding small dog under 20 lbs at owner’s discretion** on case-by-case basis.

Public Parking is on street.There are no assigned spots.

Just completed our holiday vacation at this wonderful property. The location was outstanding, close to everything and our family enjoyed walking to nearby shops and coffee houses. The property itself was clean and very comfortable and easily accommodated my wife and I, as well as our four adult children, and even the family dogs. With NJ Transit a few blocks away, we used the train to visit NYC for Christmas shopping and to take in the sights. We didn't eat at the property very often, but when we did cook the kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to make great use of the laundry. Hopefully, the home is available when we return for our Jersey Shore summer vacation.

House was clean with all amenities. Family friendly town with a lot of shops nearby. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The boardwalk leads into Asbury Park. Karan was very helpful with locations to supermarkets, instructions and updates. We enjoyed out stay and would visit again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! The location is perfect, with a short, enjoyable walk to the beach, which our family from Germany loved. The front porch was a highlight, offering a cozy spot to relax and soak in the local vibe. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. We had a great time at the beach with 3 adults (including a grandma) and 2 young kids. The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach, ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants, bodega, etc. The porch was lovely, as were the neighbors. The beach chairs and wagon were great and came in handy! The town is unique and we found the quiet nature of Ocean Grove to be a nice complement to the noise and excitement of Asbury Park, also a short distance away.The check in and out process was smooth and communication with the hosts was top notch. The house itself had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the dedicated office spaces were very important to us and incredibly helpful, and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and coffee options. It is definitely a house that is lived in, and reflects the flair of the owners, which we found made it cozy, as opposed to a rental that is just for renters and more pristine and sterile. I found the stairs to be fine, but will say my mother who is in her 70s found them to be steep and made her nervous - so she stayed in the downstairs bedroom, which was good! We'd stay here again, thanks!

Quiet neighborhood, lovely home

Feel blessed to be able to return to Ocean Grove. Have been coming since my childhood,and now getting to share those magicial memories with my own children just such a blessing. The home was in such an ideal centralized location. We walked everywhere, my older kids could have freedom to safely explore, and it was minutes from the beach. Loved having an outdoor shower. Ample bedroom space with everything we needed to make it an easy trip. The owner quickly addressed the few questions I had. Street parking a bit of a competitive sport in OG during the summer, but that was expected. A great vacation!

Ocean Grove Perfection

This lovely home is historical, in wonderful condition, with great modern touched and amenities. There is a generosity in supplies, coffees, cleaners and towels that may be unrivaled in my experience. The location is absolutely perfect near the heart of Ocean Grove and its unique Summer tents. We could easily be on Main in OG or walk to Asbury Park.The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Place to Stay!

A beautiful home in a perfect location. Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The house is very clean and well equipped- beds were comfortable. The Host is very responsive to any issues and also accommodating. A short walk to the beach and into town. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location

Very cute house. Fully stocked everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Across from tent city. 3 blocks to beach 3 blocks to shopping 3 blocks to bridge to asbury park downtown area. 2 items to know before booking - street parking only as is on most houses in ocean grove however you cannot park in front of the house- about half a block to walk with your stuff if you get a near parking spot. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep so if mobility is an issue for most of the group it may be an issue. If only one person has mobility issues there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor We rented for a girl’s get away and we would consister rented this house again

Wonderful retreat

I have no complaints. We had a wonderful experience. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. We sat on the front porch with friends and chatted with friendly passersby. I can’t wait to come back.

We had a great weekend stay! House has a fantastic location- in the heart of Ocean Grove but only a few minutes walk from Asbury Park. The house is cozy, well stocked and a wonderful front porch for hanging out. Owner was very responsive and flexible, I would definitely rent again

We had a wonderful stay in this cute and comfortable home. The location is perfect right in the center of beautiful Ocean Grove! The hosts were great communicators. We couldn’t asked for anything more and will definitely be renting this space again!

OG Family Trip

From our first step on the front porch we felt the house to be very welcoming. Location is great and the house had everything we needed including very lovely and artistic decor! The host reached out to us to make sure everything was OK and was very accommodating. All of this plus the lovely village of Ocean Grove made our stay wonderful.
