Amazing view, South side 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condo is located on 115th street across from Gold Coast Mall, Restaurants, TJ Max, a Liqour store, a Movie theatre, 3 blocks away from Food Lion grocery store and much more for your convenience. It is now smoke free, on the property except for 2 designated areas. We take pride in our condo, keep it meticulously cleaned and maintained throughout the year and use it frequently ourselves. From the condo you will see amazing views of the Ocean, Beach, Bay, Outdoor, Indoor and kiddee pool. This unit is located on the 18th floor on the sunny south side where you can enjoy panoramic views of ocean city. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The Den can be used as a bedroom, it has a Full size bed and privacy door. There are wall mounted Flat screen TV's in the Living room, den and bedrooms. There is a full bath in hall. There is alway's plenty of hot water for showers after a day on the beach. It's equipped with a full kitchen with new appliances and counter top. Your own laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. On the balcony there is a round table, chairs, overlooking beach and 3 pools. You are just steps away from the elevator and stairway.
Many amenities which include 3 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts, also pool table, fitness room, a sauna, a in-house complimentary movie theater, a arcade room and a new playground for the kids. There is a Sandwich and Ice Cream shop on the property.
Public restrooms are conveniently located across from the pool, so a trip to your room won't be necessary. Security on duty 24/7. Covered parking. Bring your Laptop, Wifi is available in your room, courtyard, lobby and pool area. Bus transportation to the boardwalk in front of building that runs every 15-20 minutes.
A few blocks North on the bayside is Northside Park a perfect spot for biking, field sports ,fishing, crabbing and a nice playground for the kid's. Championship golf courses a short drive away. Beautiful Sun Rise and Sunsets.

Great views from this condo. Everything was clean and in order. Were able to check in 2 hours early which helped beat the 4pm check in rush. the owner did a nice job of communicating with us and followed up to make sure we got all the info needed.

Great location, great hosts!

Perfect condo for 3 adults and 2 kids, right on the beach. Condo was clean, plenty of kitchenware and appliances and extra laundry room was a plus. Designated covered parking and on the quieter end of the shore which we appreciated. Our hosts were amazing. We had an issue with a package delivery scheduled early (fault of the company we purchased from), and Bill was incredibly helpful and responsive in assisting us in receiving it. This was in no way his problem but he was courteous for the wntire incident. Also, minimal requests for leaving (empty fridge/take out trash/run dishwasher) for a rental. Highly recommend!

Family beach vacation

Our family enjoyed Seawatch condominiums. The parking garage was great and super close location to the grocery store. Very easy walk to the beach. The views from the balcony are spectacular. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and very nice washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Wasn’t prepared for the view!

We were blown away by the view when we walked in! This was our first family “beach” trip and we didn’t know what to expect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfasts and lunches. The bedrooms worked out perfectly, the master for us and our granddaughter, one room for our married son and daughter in law, and one room for our single adult son. Learned to use the front elevators and to always wear flip flops on the hot sand! Beautifully kept property!

Long weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend to OC. The Seawatch was very clean and safe. The pool area was relaxing and the have an indoor pool and kid pool. There are basketball and tennis courts and a playground to keep the kids busy.

Wonderful place and the owners are very accommodating and great to deal with condo very clean someone is always working on the buildings cleaning the corridors . Would stay here again perfect for my family of 4… beautiful view for ocean and bay but very high up 18th floor …

Loved Seawatch

Great time at Seawatch. Older kids were able to enjoy the amenities within the property while the younger ones had the kiddie pool. Havin the beach right outside was a big plus at the end of the day with the lil ones.

Perfect Place!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at. Great location. Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, and there are 4 at this location which is hard to find. Living room furniture was very nice....we liked it better than our own and it was not worn like many beach rentals. Views of both the ocean and the bay were beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Sea Watch condominium was well kept and has so many amenities for families. Highly recommend!

Sea watch is a clean, very nice property with many amenities. The condo is clean, quiet, and very nicely decorated. Bill and Mary Beth were great hosts. Check in and check out were very smooth and we had a lovely week.
