Close to Ocean City s Convention Center Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and a short walk to Coconuts Bar and Grill! Recently remodeled with new flooring throughout fresh paint new furniture and beds and new bathroom fixtures! As an added tech feature you will have 2 end tables offering USB charging ports. Outdoor seating on balcony!

I booked this property for my husband and daughter. Make sure you check the date of the reviews , the ones giving it a great review are from years ago. The building is run down looking on the outside. The inside of the unit was okay but nothing great. The bed in the unit had stains all over the quilt made me think of period blood stains. Not sure what it was. I was immediately grossed out and didn’t want my child to have to sleep in it. I went to the staff and asked for a refund because it was not what it seemed. They denied me the refund and instead offered to reclean the unit and replace the mattress protector and quilt. At that point i was grossed out and just didn’t want to stay there. I lost out on $1100+ because they wouldn’t work with me but at least i found somewhere nicer to take my family. I will never come back or stay in ocean city. Bethany beach is way nicer.

Had a great stay. Location to beach was a very short walk and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Pull out sofa was so uncomfortable we had to buy an air mattress instead. Host should consider getting a new mattress for the pull out. Overall nice stay! Thank you

Location was best

The location to the beach was perfect for our toddler and infant….it was easier to lug everything to the beach and run back for potty breaks. It was clean, a few holes in the walls, and the bedroom door wasn’t attached very well to the frame. The washer/dryer was a bonus for all kids clothing and beach towels. A downside was no one told us there was specified parking behind the building until the neighbor explained we can park there. It’s chained off, so you wouldn’t think you can park there if you drove by. We had a few bad days with parking because we didn’t know it. The mattresses could be more comfortable…the sofa bed wasn’t very supportive & im not a very big adult.

Seven seas condo #305

Very nice renovated condo we were able to check in early.. a bonus after our hectic drive there ! Enjoyed our stay. A bit noisy from the road sitting on the deck at night but inside it is comfy and quiet. Great location for shops, restaurants etc
