Oceanfront condo - sunrise views, direct beach access & pool

  • Why rent a hotel room when you can have all the comforts of home in this fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo, with a fully equipped kitchen and only a few steps to the beach!  Cozy balcony has panaromic views of the ocean and is adjacent to the outdoor pool.  You’re also a short walk or bike ride to  popular eateries, mini golf and resort activities. The primary bedroom has two Queen beds to comfortably sleep four. Living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa that will sleep two comfortably. Living room is open to the dining area and the recently renovated kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee from your balcony.  This building has an elevator, so you don’t have to carry groceries or luggage up the steps. The building has a washer/dryer combo.  Unit has two smart TVs (Living room, & bed room).  Bed linens are included. No Smoking, No Vaping, No pets, please.  We do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

What a view!

Great view! Place was clean and exactly as described. The area the condo is in was very quiet which we enjoyed. This condo is close enough to everything, but far enough away that it never felt crowded or too busy. Check in and out was easy. Had everything we needed. Will definitely look at staying here again the future.

Amazing views!

We had a great trip! The condo was beautifully decorated and it was in a great location. We loved watching the sun rise from the balcony and we saw dolphins in the early morning. We didnt want to leave! Thanks for an amazing trip!

My family really enjoyed this property! The condo was very clean and included everything we needed for the week. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and sofas are comfortable and the condo is fully updated and well decorated. My kids loved having the pool available when they were done with the beach, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Communication with our host was also seamless, and he was super responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay in this property again next time we come to OC!

Extremely clean, and decorated beautifully. The location is prime. The beach, the pool, restaurants, etc. is all easily accessible. The host was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful. We'll be back!

Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second year staying and once again I can not speak high enough about this property! It is so well maintained and beautifully decorated! My kids ask before we even check out when we can come back! Perfect location of Ocean City. It is such a joy waking up every morning and getting to see the beautiful view. We love staying here so much and look forward to many years ahead.

Great place to stay!!

Our family stay was excellent! The condo was exactly how it was described and was perfect for our family needs. It had a large balcony overlooking the beach which was the best part! The pool was also great for my kids. The only downside was having only 1 key but we managed. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful view!

This property has an incredible view of the ocean and the community pool! We LOVED waking up to the beautiful sunrise each morning. The pool was excellent as well. Property was updated and very clean. Communication with Jay was quick and efficient. I highly recommend! The only drawback was the building washer/dryer. It was was $4/load - quarters only and no change machine. Not a deal breaker, but come prepared with change if you plan to do laundry! Overall, this was a wonderful property and my kids (11, 9, 5) give it 6 thumbs up, too!

We can not put into words how wonderful our stay was! Our family had the best time. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the right touches. Extremely clean and tidy! The views were unbelievable! The location is perfect. It doesn’t get much better than this place. We can’t wait to go back next summer!
