Cruisin’ weekend visit

Son selected property due to whirlpool tub & pool. Pros: Checkin was with code. Thank you for key. Not fan of keypad. Unit overall was clean. Good mattresses & pillows. Spacious rooms. Solid dishware & nice pots/pans. LR furniture wasn’t stained. Ceiling fans. Windows that opened. Cons: we had internet but not cable. No cable hookups to TVs & no cable remotes. Whirlpool tub was due for repair in Oct. I wasn’t informed of this. Bulbs needed replacing. Carpet was dirty. Coffee pot still had coffee in it. Water dispenser had things floating around in it. Bleach is your friend at the beach esp on stained toilet seats. Kitchen faucet leaked but spouse fixed. He also fixed loose screws in 2 ceiling fans & DR chairs.

Fun Family Trip

We had a great time at this property! Very close to the beach. The rooftop patio was extra nice. This location is not near the boardwalk . I had a broken ankle so the elevator was a relief.

When walking in the view was just gorgeous. There was an odor of urine on the living room rug and the rug was wet. The dishwasher leaked but the overall week - we enjoyed our time together.

great beach side condo

We've stayed in other Avalon condos but this is our first stay in this particular one! The layout of rooms is slightly different from the other ones, but it still worked well for our two families! The kids bedroom was smaller but the trade-off is a large private balcony. As mentioned in another review, it is separate from our main condo but it is not a big deal...you just go across the hallway to access it. We love this location in OCMD and have stayed here for several years. And, we love this particular condo and plan to rent it again!

Great place

We stayed at the place for the Labor day weekend. It is nice, clean and bright. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The management is very polite and responsive. Overall great experience!

Great views, not clean

This property would be the best ever if it was clean and maintained just a little more. It had the best views and balcony space. It was just so dirty. The vacuum didn’t work, so I couldn’t even clean myself and it would have taken me all week to make it livable.

Nice Condo

Avalon 707 was a very nice condo in a good location, The condo was very clean. The only issue was with internet connection. After calling the realtor, she was to call me back to be sure the password was correct which she never did. This in turn made me miss a very important work conference call. Also, not of which is any negative about the condo is the horrific smell the elavator had. Other residents and guests were also commonting that it was supposed to be cleaned.

The balcony isn't connected directly to unit

The location is one block from beach with excellent views of beach and bay. We enjoyed our stay during 4th of July weekend. Great location to ocean city and Fenwick restaurants and shops.A few minor things..cleanliness in the unit was not good prior to our arrival(food on table and counters) old sheets left on beds, food spills on hallway walls, some articles like sunglasses and clothes left on bed.

Nice property

Great property that was well maintained. Kitchen needs teaspoons and more glasses. Cleaning service needs to do a better job. Bathrooms had sand on floor and tub. Toilets were not cleaned well, minimal dusting and vacuuming was done. The location was good and close to lots to do with kids.
