Great location and the views from the unit were amazing. Two free parking spots. And there are resturant and bar next door. I will stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway

Excellent location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Easy parking. Love the big window in the bedroom with a beautiful view of the beach. My sixth time staying here.

The layout and amenities were amazing. Great view to be able to relax on the balcony. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. End of season...mattress was ready to be updated. Overall an awesome stay!

If you looking to relax this is the right place . My parents really like it . The rooms was clean and nice. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony😍. One minute walking to the beach! Check in was very easy and they accommodated our early check in request. Parking was very easy and close to the building. Very close to restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Highly recommend Kasa Marigot to traveler looking for a great place to vacation.♡

We really enjoyed Kasa! Our room (3 bedroom) was fantastic! Fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms, EXCELLENT views! The master bed had a huge picture window overlooking the ocean and it had its own sliding glass door to the balcony. Great location as well. The ONLY negative is that Kasa doesnt have its own outdoor pool although you can use the pool at the hotel next-door. Highly recommend!

Very dated and not in great repair. Tiles are dinged and cracked, cabinet faces are crooked, couch was severely worn. Just overall not a great experience.

This was by far the worst property I've ever stayed in. Extremely unkept. Dirty, misleading, and a huge let down. Front desk service is virtual and useless. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Loved the breathtaking view of the ocean. Unit needs updating. Minor things broken and had to call to have fixed. Could use a thorough cleaning. For example lock on balcony door didn’t work because of being so old and not maintained. Floors not very clean. Tubs drains clogged.

I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed. The couch cushions are badly stained and not placed properly. The sliding doors/windows have not been cleaned in some time, that is what very obvious. 4) The kitchen needs a deep cleaning. There was coffee spilled on the dishwasher, the top of the fridge was filthy, there were crumbs and candy wrappers inside kitchen cabinets and drawers. 5) I failed to take a picture of the shower curtain in the master bath, but it was moldy and filthy across the bottom and only covers 1/2 of the shower side. 6) the master bedroom closet door was broken and propped inside the closet. 7) Dusty lamps and furniture galore 8) Broken dining chairs 9) Living room sliding glass door was almost impossible to open 10) Some type of red "sauce" splattered on the wall beside the dining table

Nice stay but the booking process is too much.

Dealing with the virtual front desk is SO MUCH to deal with. They ask so much and send so many emails. The communication via text is great though, so I can't fault it too much. The subtle threats though of 'we have noise detectors' 'we have nicotine detectors' 'if you don't return this parking pass it is $250' 'if you park in a spot that isn't yours you will get towed'. OK, we all know to act normal and not park in a spot that isn't ours, but it gave me so much anxiety. The room was great, the hotel was dead being it is off season. They also said the indoor pool was next door, it was not, the outdoor pool was. Indoor was at our place. The supplies they stock are pretty basic, but a nice touch. 3 bedroom Kasa with room for four to sit in the dining room and 4 to sit in the living room. I get it. It isn't a huge place but a sectional would fit perfectly. Two arm chairs and a love seat that were all so uncomfortable. Elevator is fast and the double door to the place is super nice. View was fantastic. Balcony door was crazy to open, rusted and super heavy. We almost couldn't lock it which is another thing they tell you to 'make sure you do'. The emails and steps and processes to book a simple room for three nights was just crazy. Great location, double bathroom worked out well. Comfortable beds and nice big kitchen. We had an awesome parking spot but the person next to us had me jamming my huge SUV into our spot because they didn't know how to park a tiny car.
