Beautiful Condo, Close to the Beach and Plenty of Room for Your Family!

You'll have everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances; this kitchen is ready for those nights you choose to enjoy a fabulous meal at home. In tyhe living room, you will find a sectional sofa and recliner. You'll find the living room very comfortable! There are beautiful tile floors, TV's throughout (no TV in master BR), internet access, a jetted tub in master bath and a large balcony with an ocean view to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

This large 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit is only 1/2 block from the beach and is conveniently located to many of the attractions that Ocean City has to offer. You'll only be a few short blocks from the start of the famous boardwalk, Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Rogers, mini golf and many fantastic restaurants!

Come stay in this fabulous unit, enjoy the large beaches and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Sapphire Sea is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* Owner has provided beach toys for guest use, and the building has an outdoor shower.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great location

Loved the location to everything ! It was enough space for two families to vacation together and we loved the amount of bathrooms and bed layouts. There was a beach wagon, chairs, and toys in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook there and the balcony was big and had a great view!! We would love to come back again.

Great beach getaway

Had an awesome time, the property was wonderful and only a few steps and you are on the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by and if you want to do the boardwalk it’s just a short drive away.

Family beach stay

Great beach rental, plenty of space, beach toys, location was perfect. Walking distance to lots of good stuff. Others living in the apartment are so kind and helpful. Ceiling fans! Relaxing patio you can see the bay sunset and the beach.

Listing needs updated and new pics

This is a beautiful condo and a great location! Easy walk to both the boardwalk and convention center. My only disappointment was that the listing stated it slept 10 but the sleeper couch was updated (not pictured in the listing) to a new couch that was not a sleeper so we had one less bed than we planned to have. It appears the listing is was updated now to sleep 8 instead of 10 but the photos should be updated to reflect the new couch and refrigerator.

Perfect Family Getaway!

After comparing 4 different places to stay for my family's first vacation after the start of COVID, we found this wonderful condo. It was amazing. My family kept raving about how nice it was. Proximity to the beach and restaurants is super convenient. Views of the ocean and bay was relaxing. We will definitely be coming back for a longer trip.

What Else Do You Want?

Great place and location!

This rental was beautiful and clean! Located in a great area with lots to do and so close to the beach. Just a brief walk and your toes are in the sand. A short drive and you're on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rental!

This was our first time staying here. The condo was beautifully decorated and furniture was comfortable. The huge showers in 2/3 bathrooms were a plus! The owners didn’t forget a single detail!

Would stay here again - nice place & good location!

Liked the place and the location, very convenient! The front door lock was a bit difficult to navigate for everyone, until we got used to it. The trick is to wait for the noise it makes to stop and then immediately pull down on the door knob.

Property was beautiful, great location. Apparently, we were the first visitors for the season. Had to call manager 3 different times. Door Code wouldn't work, Hot water not turned on and 2 bedroom TV's never did work as advertised but would stay there again

Over all the experience was very nice. The second bedroom has double beds sizes

Please remeasure the beds in the second room with two beds. They are NOT queen size, but full size. You may have covered the mattress with "queen" size pad, but the mattress is really sized "full". Please change the description. Most folks will want a queen size bed. My husband is a large man and we couldn't sleep in a full size bed. Also, having some supplies left over helps.

Great place for a family vacation!

The property was as pictured bright and clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week. My husband and I had our two grown children and families together for a family vacay. Each family group was comfortably accommodated. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths we each had our own space. It was well equipped and even had a few beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach cart. The open area worked well when we gathered in the evenings. One recommendation is some kind of room darkening shades in the room with the main hallway windows. We thought that rather unusual. It was as bright as day in the middle of the night even with the blinds closed. As the hall lights were on all night. We enjoyed the balcony with it’s view of the beach. As well as being able to see the bay in the other direction. Our grandson enjoyed the goings on below being quite the social boy. He also liked the Ferris wheel 🎡 in the distance. Especially since he rode it two days that week. And being on a beach block beach access was quick and easy. And trips back and forth were simple. This was great with a toddler. Being that there were 3 family groups coming in from two different states we had three cars and needed additional parking. We were able to find a space on the street and kept that car parked and used the others when necessary. No meters so not a big inconvenience. I was a bit nervous about our stay beforehand but was quite pleased overall. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City. So thank you for the wonderful accommodations. Perfect beach condo!

The condo was clean, comfy, beautifully decorated & had everything we needed! The layout was great for 3 couples, as we each had our own bathroom. The location was perfect for getting to the convention center, boardwalk & beach! We absolutely enjoyed staying here!!
