Imagine your stay at this beautiful unit where you will enjoy beautiful and peaceful views of the wide canal and on Sunday evenings it is transformed into your own personal fireworks show that is enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony! "Sundaes at the Park" is an event that happens each Sunday at nearby North Side Park and features live music, free sundaes and an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories of fireworks with your family and will help create some new ones of your own!

You'll love staying in this extremely well-maintained unit. The unit features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is ready for all your culinary creations. There is beautiful Berber carpet in the bedrooms and sleeping accommodations include a King bed, a Queen bed and a Double sleeper sofa You'll love having TVs in every room including a huge brand-new flat screen in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in this unit along with free wireless internet.

Conveniently located to North Side Park, it is a great location for families that are participating in events there. You'll also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pool or take a break on the balcony, watching the activity in the canal. Any way you look at it, you won't be short on things to do during your trip!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 123rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Perfect beach stay

This place is beautiful, clean, beachy, and has all you need. The view is incredible and the property was so convenient and enjoyable to swim and take walks. The location within walking distance to the park, places to eat, golf, and even the beach gave us all we could want in our beach weekend. We will be back for sure!

Great Location

Beach trip

We had a great time, the condo is walking distance to Wawa, golf, and restaurants! So much to do in a short radius around the condo. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen items were better then most of the other places were have stayed. The walk to the beach was easy and sitting on the balcony at sunset was beautiful.

Everything about this beach themed condo was fabulous. Stayed for New Years eve, couldn't be a better place to view fireworks. Just watched from the balcony. Very well maintained,so clean and equipped with everything you'll need.

Great pool “private” for a few buildings rather than a whole property, great view of canal, short walk to beach and other necessary stops (ice cream, shopping, restaurants)! The fireworks on Sunday night were an added perk that made my 3 year olds week!!

Very nice place, enjoyed the pool, beach and Park. Restaurants, stores are close and convenient. Be aware 3 flights of stairs with no elevators. You may need to buy/bring- Toilet paper, garbage bags, napkins, soap and dish soap.

Amazing and CLEAN rentals which is extremely important to us.

Place was a little farther than we realized for the Oceans Calling festival (which is not the fault of the owner) but bus access does get you close enough that it’s walking distance to a stop. Definitely would stay here again!!!

It’s always been very clean, comfortable, and has a great location near Northside Park. It is very conveniently located near many good restaurants and shopping. It is just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is very close by as well. The unit is nicely decorated, and this year we noticed many upgrades, I.e. bathroom, kitchen appliances, and deck furniture. Overall, it’s an A+.

It is always wonderful to have the comforts of home while you are away! This property was clean, the kitchen and family area were updated. The bathrooms were not, but they were clean. My disappointment with this property is, even though they state in the very last line of the description that linens/towels are provided for a fee, I feel this is something that should be included. I have never stayed at a rental where there were no sheets and towels and beach towels provided. There was only two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There was not even a box of tissues. You were not provided a kitchen towel nor a clean sponge to wash some dishes if you preferred. There was a small amount of kitchen supplies. I was disappointed in this part of my stay here. I have never stayed at a places where you were not provided a good amount of kitchen supplies, kitchen sponge, towels, etc. Bedroom sheets, towels, hand soap, etc. When I arrived, which was later than 4, which they knew, I called David because the toilet in the master bathroom had a high pitched noise that did not stop. I also called inquiring about the closet in the master bedroom which was locked. The other bedroom had a chest of drawers in it and the hall closet had a a vacuum and some supplies. There were no hangars provided to hang your clothing. So I called to ask for assistance with the toilet and the closets, but I never received a return call. Luckily after the first 24 hours the toilet noise stopped and only had a high pitched noise for a short time after you flushed it. They say there is no room for beach chairs, but there is a closet on the balcony and a large balcony to put them on. That was another disappointment, no beach towels/chairs. The area of this property is beautiful. I preferred being north and it was just a short walk to the beach. There is a beautiful park just a short walk away.

Vacation 2022

I stayed with my husband and our daughter for 5 nights. Communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent and accurate. If I had a question it was answered quickly. As soon as we walked in, the unit smelled clean and the main areas (kitchen, bathrooms) all looked clean. However, I did notice there was a lot of food and trash left under the sofas, coffee table, and beds. Had I not had a little one who gets into everything and leaves toys everywhere, I may not have noticed this. However, I did let the owner know, as I know this is directly related to the cleaning service. The location is great. Far enough away from the highway that you don’t hear much. We were there during OC bike week so I was thankful for that. The views of the canal is nice and I wish they continued the fireworks in the park past Labor Day because it would have been an awesome view! With having a 19 month old, the proximity to the park was EVERYTHING! We went every morning to play. We enjoyed our time together and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location

We loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. We loved the pool. It wasn’t overcrowded at all. The beach was a quick walk. It was less crowded than near the boardwalk, which we appreciated. If we wanted to go there (boardwalk), the bus comes right through and will take you there. It saved the frustration of finding parking. Loved the location. We will be back.
