Just steps away from the beach and two blocks from the lively boardwalk, your Ocean City adventure awaits. Park your car in the dedicated spot and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere.

Ascend to the third floor to the the walk-up unit, where a queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa comfortably accommodate four guests. Begin your day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig in the fully equipped kitchen, and relish the southern exposure front balcony, offering glimpses of the ocean. The convenience continues with a full kitchen stocked for your culinary needs, allowing you to enjoy meals in the unit or retreat for a cooling lunch break. This beachside haven is thoughtfully equipped with two beach chairs and a boogie board, ensuring you make the most of your coastal retreat. Free WIFI caters to the needs of tech-savvy teens, making the vacation seamless.

We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $25. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

Linens were wet and smelled like wet dog. Got in too late to do anything about them. Was expecting a studio type condo and this was more like a converted old hotel room.

This property was clean, cute, and in an excellent location just steps from the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by and just minutes from the boardwalk. The beds were comfy and the area was spacious enough for me to do yoga in the mornings. I would recommend this property!!

10/10 location!-walking distance to boardwalk & many restaurants. Clean, 3rd floor (no elevator) Designated parking spot, outside shower to rinse your sandy toes. Ocean view! 2 chairs outside on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins! Pool area was great and never busy. Loved the use of beach chairs & boogie boards. 2 tvs. Room divider so the space can be separated. Great host! Would recommend!

Good overall for the $ No fire detector, without a light indicator. Pool was gross...at that time. TV or remotes were not working correctly.

This condo was adequate for a weekend trip to the beach. Location and access to the beach was outstanding. This is also in a vibrant and fun location to walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. I suggest adding a more comfortable mattress pad to the murphy bed. Note that there isn't an elevator, so occupants carry luggage and supplies up three flights of stairs, Other than that, nice place with adequate supplies.
