New, beautifully furnished and professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, three levels townhouse with garage located on the bayside in Midtown, Ocean City, just one block from the beach.

This townhouse was newly built in 2015 and has all the modern conveniences, huge gourmet kitchen with granite counter and SS appliances, flat screen TV in every room, Xbox, cable, free wifi, professionally selected décor are just some of the few highlights. The home is in short walking distance to some of Ocean City’s best restaurants (Fager’s Island, Dead Freddy’s, Bonfire All You Can Eat Seafood Buffet, and Dough Roller), bars, shopping, marina, watersports, boat rentals, mini-golf and bowling. Secrets night club is also nearby. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and central air. New outdoor pool with a pool house. There is also a new community boat ramp for your jet skies and/or kayaks. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we offer the following services through our third party cleaning company: Linens and towels services $190/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 14 sets of bath towels) or $125/stay for either just linens or towels.

***Other optional items available for rent on-site:
1) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, and 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories(damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
2) Kayak: $75/stay for 2 kayaks and life vests (damages will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
3) Combo beach sport package including both Beach Bundle and Kayaks for $125/stay.

***We provide a LIMITED but ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll/ bathroom), trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. We came to OC for a show at the Convention Center, 5 min from the property. It is a beautiful condo with plenty of space, and having a garage was so nice for parking! I would highly recommend!

We took our church youth group to Ocean City Winterfest and chose this location over a hotel. It was exactly what we needed for the trip and the process and stay were both seamless and simple. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay in Ocean City no matter the season!

Overall our stay was great! The house was very nice and clean. Perfect location where you can walk to most places and the beach. We brought our one year old with us and was happy that the house provided some baby gear but unfortunately one of the high chairs was broken.

Upon arrival the ease of entrance was good. Concrete garage floor is extremely slick when wet be careful! First floor bedroom cabinet under TV had active ants, also bathroom closet had ants crawling on floor & under baseboards. When made aware to property manager w/ pictures, they suggested an exterminator come during our stay or just spray the ant & roach spray that was in the bathroom cabinet & kitchen cabinet, which we did after finding them in the kitchen also with setting boxed food from the grocer on the floor within one hour there were ants coming out under baseboards. I took many pictures of everything we noticed damaged upon arrival so we would not get blamed for it…crack in one of the TVs to numerous dents in both of the refrigerators, ceiling vents extremely dusty & rusty, one of the screen doors was completely busted through and a gaping hole in screen, scratches in banister wood, material pulling from one of the couches & cloth ottoman missing buttons & material pulled. Paper towel was supplied in one of the four bathrooms & in the kitchen only. In description it said that paper towel roll would be in each of the bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms Shower heads were cracked where they attach be careful they don’t fall on you. Property manager did not acknowledge pics of damage I sent. Beach buggy is worn out & doesn’t steer right. Kayaks were great. Location is good. Beds were decent. AC died & was fixed in 24 hrs. Definitely not “Paradise” or worth the high cost !!

We and our extended family of 12 loved staying here for our family vacation! A good amount of room, cozy decorating, lots of balconies to relax on, a well appointed kitchen, and walking distance to the beach and many things close by on Coastal Hwy. It was everything we needed! The hosts were also very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommended!

This was mine and my friends third year staying here and have no complaints! The house is clean a greatly decorated and the host are very easy to reach! The beach is only a block away and is a quick ride to the boardwalk/nightlife! Overall a great house and me and my group look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was perfect at Beach Paradise! Easy check-in with clear instructions. Townhouse was spotless with beautiful decor. Everything we needed for a Girl’s Weekend at the beach! Had great lunch Harbourside Bar and Grill. Enjoyed fresh caught tuna and live acoustic music by the hot new acoustic duo: Lost Figures, covering Jack Johnson, Tom Petty, Violent Femmes and more! Tons of fun, check em out! Hope to return again someday… soon!

This was the perfect house for our group of 3 friends. Everyone had their own space and the house was a perfect location. Ice cream on the corner, beach down the block and a pool. The house had everything we needed and Bao was very quick to respond on any questions about check in. Would definitely stay again!

Beach Paradise II was a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. It was a nice quiet community. We had room for 3 cars and had access to the garage which made life easier with all the beach carts and sandy items we could store in there. We enjoyed the pool which was a decent size and also very clean with a nice deck with plenty of seating. The beach was not far at all and the access on 70th street has a nice mat that leads over the dune down to the beach which makes rolling the beach carts very easy. The home location is excellent with plenty to do nearby like minigolf and shopping that we were able to walk to. We also enjoyed the all you can eat buffet called Bonfire which was also next door that we walked to. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Beach Paradise II and will stay again in the future.

Set up of the house was great with multiple families with small kids. Three parking spots was awesome. Pool area was really nice. The queen bed was apparently really uncomfortable, the full was okay, and the king was comfortable. The house was quite beat up needing patch/paint jobs. It was strangely equipped- They provided shampoo, etc. in master which was great, but there was no salt/pepper, terrible pans, things that are normally included in other rentals that weren’t here. Our group had considered it a successful trip and that we were happy with the rental until the owner charged us for a duvet that was not used by us had a burn mark. We were not asked about it at all just charged. This was especially frustrating after we felt like we, a group with multiple small children, took really good care of the place and left it really clean considering how many repairs it needed. Would have considered staying again until that happened.
