Fabulous, fully upgraded 8th floor OCEAN-FRONT condo has free wifi, and comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a COMFY pull-out queen size sofa. Wake up to stunning, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean through wall-to-wall windows in both the living room and master bedroom. You're only steps from the beach, and the seasonally heated outdoor pool open mid-May until early October. Our private beachfront picnic/activity area is always open. This centrally-located condo is walking distance to great restaurants, shops, mini golf, bowling and Ocean City's largest supermarket (ACME). When it's time to travel further than walking distance, hop on the Ocean City Beach Bus to the boardwalk with an all-day pass - there's a bus stop right outside on 86th St. Or drive just a few miles to Bethany, Assateague Island and Fenwick Island State Park.

- Maximum amount of occupants per stay: [6] occupants

- Renters must arrive by 5pm from October - Memorial Day and by 9pm during the summer
- Building Registration Fee for parking pass during summer season:
(Memorial Day - Oct. 15). You must register upon arrival. IF the office is closed when you arrive, you can park overnight but you must register for your parking pass by 11am the next morning.

WHAT WE PROVIDE & WHAT YOU BRING:
- We provide the following: bed pillows, bed blankets, beach chairs, dish detergent, liquid hand soap, and cleaning supplies
- Renters are responsible for bringing: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and paper products

HEALTH & SAFETY:
In response to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure guests stay healthy and remain COVID-free. Before and after each stay, the unit is professionally deep cleaned, with specific emphasis on sanitizing high-touch areas like doorknobs, cabinet handles, and remote controls. Once here, guests are highly encouraged to follow proper health & safety protocols from the CDC. During the winter months, the building is fairly empty, making it easier to social distance.
