  • This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit with Bay views. There are nicely painted walls throughout, with warm color tones that are reminiscent of a high-end hotel. There are tasteful furnishings in the living room, dining area and both bedrooms, including a TV in the living room and a wonderful sleeper sofa couch with a memory foam mattress. The owner has also done an excellent job of tastefully decorating the unit throughout. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with Wi-Fi. Last, but not least are those relaxing bay views that will be waiting for you at the end of your fun filled day!

    The Makai is known for its many great amenities such as the indoor pool, sauna, billiards room and gym. The Makai is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf, jet skis and much more!

    So, book your stay at the Makai and come make some Ocean City memories with us!

    THINGS TO KNOW:
    * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
    *This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
    * Sorry no pets allowed.
    * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
    * This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
    * Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
    * The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
    (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
    * Quick access to the beach.
    * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
    * This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
    * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
    * No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
    * TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
    * The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Everything was great. Just little things but we got by. The can opener didnt work and there were some stains on the curtens and on the blankets in the livingroom. Also some plastic cups were damaged before we arrived. But overall we had a good time staying here with the in door pool and pool tables.

Great Location/Wonderful Property Manager

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a few issues with broken items (lamp, coffee pot), but the property manager was amazing and super-responsive. The location was nice… close to the beach and restaurants and a nice view of the bay. I would highly recommend this place!

The unit was clean and in a great location. We were a little bummed that there was only an indoor pool. The property details had us thinking we had an outdoor pool and indoor pool based on how they’re listed in the amenities. But overall, our stay was great!
