"The overall experience was good. When we arrived there were no wash towels and only one 3/4 roll of tissue and the a/c wasn't working properly. The gym was was clean and equipped and I felt comfortable using it. When we checked out, we did inform them about the a/c not getting cold."

"Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional.
