3.CLOSET HANGERS:
All bedroom closets have hangers available for your use.

4.IRON & IRONING BOARDS
Master bedroom and laundry closets have an iron, ironing board, and water sprayer.

5.USB CHARGING & ELECTRICAL OUTLETS:
Each room has Night Stands with charging station and table lamps with USB Ports and AC Outlets.

6.SMOKING:
Smoking is permitted in the fire-pit area. Cigarette butts may be discarded in the fire pit.

7.FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:
2 Fire extinguishers are provided.

8.FIRST AID KIT is provided

9.BABY & TODDLER ITEMS:
The following items are available:
* Portable toddler booster seat
* Portable baby play yard/bassinet/crib

Indoor board along with Giant Wooden Stacking games.

Each room also has a ceiling fan with lights and a remote control.

12.PETS are permitted, Pet fee applies.

13.CLEANING SUPPLIES:
A broom, mop, dustpan, and extra garbage supplies are provided.

14.EXTRA GARBAGE BAGS
Extra small and large garbage bags, are provided.

15.QUIET HOURS:
County’s noise ordinance, which is in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

17.REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
For safety and insurance purposes, only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property if in need to add guest's reservation it can be updated on the App.

18. PARTIES & ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
If you are planning a party or would like to have additional guests, discuss your options with your host, we will do our best to accommodate you.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
1. Refrigerator has ice maker.
2. Home has blender, rice maker, toaster oven and air fryer.
3. Dishwasher pods are left underneath the kitchen sink in case dishwasher is needed. We also include dish washing soap, hand soap, paper towels, and cleaning sponges.
4. Salt and black pepper are provided for your convenience.
5. Kitchen has wine glasses, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. All dishes are dishwasher safe.

COFFEE BAR:
1. Coffee Bar has a coffee maker, Chefman Electric Kettle, coffee cups, sweeteners, creamers, coffee, and teas.

BEDROOMS:
1. There's a blanket for each bedroom bed.
2. There are 2 Memory Foam Mattress Pad provided if additional guests joining, along with sheets and extra pillows.

FAMILY ROOM:
1. FIRE PLACE: It is electric. 2. EXTRA QUEEN BED. The Modular Sectional Cloud Couch in the Living Room can be easily moved and reconfigured to transform into a comfortable sleeper sofa to provide additional sleeping space. Sheets, Blankets and pillows are in storage bench if needed.
LAUNDRY:
1. A few pods are left in case needed.

BATHROOMS:
1. Each bathroom has toilet paper, a hair dryer, Kleenex, hand cream, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body gel.

FIRE PIT :
1. There is an Outdoor Heavy Duty Metal Fire pit 42" for Wood Burning with 2 Adjustable Grills
with Cover & Poker for Bonfire Fire Pit in back yard. You will need to bring with you wood if you plan to use it. All utensils for fire pit are provided.

CHARCOAL GRILL : There is a 30" Heavy-Duty Charcoal Grill with Offset Smoker Digital Temp Control & 2 Meat Probes.

If interested in using it you will need charcoal.
A portable outdoor grill table and a Complete BBQ Grill Tools Set Collection with Case are provided for your convenience.
