My property is located near the Bodensee (about 9 km) and near the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre (about 7.5 kilometers). My apartment is about 55 square meters + a ca. 12 square meters large terrace. The apartment is located approximately half in the basement, which relates to the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area is higher, so that the apartment is nice and bright and comfortable. It offers a total of 4 beds, 2 of them in a bedroom with double bed and the other 2 in the living room on a sofa bed.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und schnell. Die Beschreibung auf fewo.de entsprach zu 100 % der Realität – alles war genau so wie angegeben. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und war wirklich top. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: stets freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Von der Buchung bis zum Gehen, alles tiptop!Der Check- In über Schlüsselsafe ging reibungslos und es empfing uns eine sehr schöne, pico bello saubere, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnug und tolle Terasse.Alles da, was man so braucht. Küche super ausgestattet, sogar Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und seperates, grosses Gefrierfach ist vorhanden. Im schönen Badezimmer gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist durchaus auch für längere Aufenthalte ein Glücksgriff.

Alles war Perfekt und verlief ohne Probleme.Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Die Lage ist Optimal für Ausgflüge an den Bodensee und auch in die Schweiz. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

It was a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed 3 nights in June 2024 while attending an exhibition at the Messe. Roland, the host, communicates well and all the information we needed was at hand. Dislikes: all TV channels are in German. Except a few news programs. There were quite a few mosquitos that somehow got into the flat - but that can happen anywhere in June.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit einer super Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war wirklich hilfsbereit und hat sich bei Anligen schnell gemeldet. Die Wohnung wirklich modern eingerichtet und sauber. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt wie z.b eine Suppenkelle was aber nicht schlimm war. Ein Minuspunkt muss ich leider vergeben, da die Wohnung doch sehr dunkel ist wie auch die Terasse. Sonne gibt es nur sehr wenig. Die Wohnung scheint eine hohe Luftfeuchtugkeit zu haben, trotz vieler Luftentfeuchter und roch auch etwas muffig dadurch. Die Lage war für Ausflüge wirglicht gut.

Unsere kürzliche Erfahrung in der Ferienwohnung war insgesamt sehr positiv. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters/Vermieterin. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Möglichkeit, unsere E-Bikes sicher unterzustellen, was für uns von großer Bedeutung war. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der positiven Aspekte und der gastfreundlichen Atmosphäre weiterempfehlen.
