Lovingly furnished apartment for 2 people, about 70 square meters. The newly built, bright and modernly furnished apartment in 2010 is the ideal place to forget everyday worries and indulge in the idyll and charm of the Eifel landscape. The apartment has a separate entrance with a large hall. The terracotta-colored living room consists of a large, fully equipped kitchenette including a ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, blender etc., Dining table with 4 chairs and couch with table, flat screen TV and stereo.
The parquet floored bedroom with double bed (2mx2m) is spacious, has a 3 door. Wardrobe, bedside tables and chair.
The living room and the bedroom have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with an exit to the 30 sqm furnished south-west terrace, which is partially covered and offers direct access to the lawn.
Parking space in front of the house.

Pets are not allowed.
Hiking and biking in the Eifel: Direct connection to hiking and biking trails
z. B. the Cosmos Cycle Path, which starts in Daun past your apartment to Meerfeld.

Fishing in the Eifel: a paradise for anglers!
Anglers get their money's worth with us. There is a pond in the outskirts just 400m from your apartment. Fishing licenses can be purchased from the chairman of the association.
Other fishing opportunities also exist in the surrounding mars, e.g. B. on the sea fields or Schalkenmehrener Maar.

Motorsport in the Eifel: Only about 30 km away from the legendary Nürburgring, motor sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here.

Wanderurlaub

Wir waren zu zweit spontan verreist und haben diese Ferienwohnung gebucht. Alles schön hergerichtet und die Vermieter waren super lieb. Der Preis war top für die Übernachtungen. Mit dem Auto alles super schnell zu erreichen. Konnten ein paar schöne Wanderungen machen.

Top vakantiewoning in mooie Eifel

Een werkelijk prachtige vakantiewoning in Eifel. Heerlijk ruim en rustig. Terras op de zonzijde waar het na het wandelen prima uitrusten is. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen of bezoeken van leuke stadjes. Echt een aanrader !

Comfortable apartment with big garden in beautiful scenery.

We have enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. On the terrace we had a wide view on the hills and woods in the distance, and nearby on the lawn, there were many small wild birds busy with their spring activities. It was very peaceful, and we made a few nice trips into the pretty Vulkan Eifel.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning

Goed, volledig ingerichte en zeer schone gezellige woning met mooi uitzicht. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door eigenaresse aan wie je tussentijds ook van alles kunt vragen. De woning ligt in een mooi wandelgebied. Supermarkt in nabij dorp en Daun. Rustig verblijf! Aanrader dus.

Hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in toller Umgebung bei sehr netten Vermietern. Sehr schöne Fewo mit herrlicher Terrasse und wunderschönem Garten. Fühlten uns hier von der 1.Minute an wohl. Fewo günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Eine sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist. Hier fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die tolle und ruhige Lage des Hauses ergänzt die schöne Umgebung mit seinen vielen Facetten. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Sehr schönes Domizil zum Entspannen

Zauberhafte Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die sehr herzlichen Vermieter. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert!
