A flat-screen TV and a stereo system complete the living room. A small hallway leads to the bathroom, which has an exterior window and a shower/toilet. The sunny terrace is furnished with seating.<br><br>The apartment also includes an open-air parking space. <br>Skis and sleds can be stored for free in a basement storage room. If you’d like to relax a bit after a long hike or an active day of skiing, you’re welcome to use the sauna in the basement for a small fee. And for those who’d like to lift a few weights, stretch, or work out after their mountain activities, our new fitness area is available free of charge.<br><br>Obermaiselstein is a quiet health resort and a true hidden gem at the foot of the beautiful Hörnerkette mountain range. This small town is located just about 7 km from Oberstdorf and 19 km from the Austrian border (Kleinwalsertal), making it an ideal starting point for various activities and excursions.<br><br>Hiking trails, ski resorts, and lakes are all within easy reach.<br><br>You’ll feel right at home here :)<br><br>Guest Access<br>In addition to your private vacation rental, you’ll also have access to the shared areas in the basement (sauna, fitness room, ski storage) as well as the entire garden.<br><br>Note on the visitor’s tax<br><br>Since the booking portal Vrbo unfortunately cannot directly include the tiered visitor’s tax in the Allgäu region in your booking, we’ll send you a separate invoice for the visitor’s tax about one week before your arrival, asking you to pay it via bank transfer.<br><br>All guests aged 14 and older are charged €3.00 per person per night.<br>Children aged 6–14 pay a reduced tourist tax of €1.50 per child per night.<br>Children under 6 are exempt from the tourist tax.
