"Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too. "

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. "

"We were absolutely blown away by this apartment! What a stunning view of the lake. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & we spent lots of time sitting out on the patio. Bed was very comfortable & we loved the wine/beer/water & chocolates that were left for us. It was such a nice touch for a perfect first stay in Switzerland. Loved being able to walk down to the beach area off the lake and the nearby town was very quaint. Would 100% recommend!!! "

"The apartment was small, but well stocked with towels and kitchen items.. and coffee pellets. The best thing about the place is the view of lake and alps. And the patio with table where we could sit for meals or aperitif. Very fine visit.. gondola and boat ride were fantastic too!"

The apartment is comfortable and located in one of the most beautiful houses in town. "We visited this amazing Vitznau mountain property for our summer family vacation. We felt relaxed and ready to adventure from the moment we stepped in the door. The views and the access to hiking, swimming, and general exploration of the Lake Lucerne area was perfect.Navigating the trains, ferry, and buses to get around, was easy and options for adventure, food, relaxation, and more was everywhere.The host was also extremely informative, responsive and even took time to meet with us while we...

"La casa es grande, cómoda y bonita, con unos exteriores preciosos. Está a unos 1300m de altura, en un grupo reducido de casas, a donde solo puede accederse en góndola, por lo que está libre de coches. Ines y Hans nos asistieron tanto al llegar como al marcharnos, y son muy agradables. Hay caminos con vistas muy bonitas para hacer desde allí, y un parque para niños (y no tan niños) "superchulo"."
