"I would have liked it if the front desk person had pointed out the fact that there were frozen meals to buy. I had to discover this on my own. Also there was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator. The guy who drove the shuttle was really nice and did a great job"

"Firstly the location is great if you need something downtown & convenient. They offer valet which is super easy to use for unlimited in & out without stressing about finding parking. All the employees from the valet to the bar to the hotel itself were extremely kind. The vibe is immaculate as well. ..."

The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Portland
"It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner ..."

"Had a great stay, the room was great! The room was clean and the views were awesome. The only think I’d note is their parking garage says 8’2 when you enter but the floors that are self parking were actually 6’11 which was a bit concerning for someone with a large truck other than that it was a great ..."
