However, you must be prepared to walk up and down the block if you are not using a car. Please be mindful of the steep terrain around the property and the steep driveway/stairs from the street

    - The homeowner lives in the neighborhood
    - Your safety matters. The property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the front and back doors, facing each entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

Very nice stay

I enjoyed it overall. Great views. Very nice house with everything you need. Make sure you can climb steps or have a car that can go up the driveway. But it was not a problem for us. Very responsive management and house was exactly as described. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Stunning bay view

The view is amazing. The house is clean and quiet and equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect place for what we needed but would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues or a driver uncomfortable with a narrow and steep driveway.

Stunning Bay-View Vacation Rental in Kensington!

We were there to move our daughter in at UC Berkeley. The place was fantastic. The views were great and the house was very clean. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return.

We loved the home interior and the location. We had a problem with the overgrown plants on both sides of the very narrow driveway. We borrowed our son’s vehicle and it has scratches on both sides due to overgrown plants.

The views are as advertised - spectacular. Comfortable and clean. Wonderful living room area for watching all aspects of the Bay Area weather rolling through. The driveway is pretty steep, but everything else was perfect.

Spectacular ocean view through livingroom windows. Main concerns were 1) steep, hazardous driveway entrance to house had broken safety rails for climbing to front door. 2) huge throw rugs on floors created tripping hazards.

Can’t beat the view!

We were there for a friend’s birthday party in the neighborhood so the home was super convenient for us. The house was comfortable but we really only slept there. The bed pillows could use replacing but, otherwise, it had all we needed. Thank you!

Stunning Bay View

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The view is stunning and the living and dining room areas are spacious. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and was clean and functional. We rested well in the bedrooms and the baths were supplied with toiletries. Our host communicated with us from the moment we booked and kept in touch before and during our stay. This VRBO will definitely be one we will stay at again.

Perfect Spot for our Adult Sibs

We stayed at this house for our daughter's wedding at the Berkeley Country Club. It's only 2.5 miles away from the venue, has very comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms, and most importantly has a remarkable view from Sausalito to Oakland including San Francisco and both the Bay and Golden Gate bridges. Our siblings from Chico especially loved the view & dramatic fog that rolled in and out. The kitchen is nicely appointed also!

Excellent choice for our Berkeley visit

Very nice. Had minor concerns with loose rugs…tripping hazard… an pillows were not especially comfortable. Had a bunch of ants in kitchen drawer close to outside door. Otherwise all good!
