On the exterior of the property, you will have a private back yard with a hot tub, firepit, & lots of seating. There is also a large deck off the front of the home, with seasonal lake views.

4WD is required for winter months (Nov - Mar). This home has a steep driveway, but more level parking in the back, which is accessed through Sloan Tract Rd.
